I met the owner, Mark. Very nice guy. The park was very clean and beautiful. I look forward to my stay on my return trip home from MN in 4-6 weeks.

It was OK. The sites were very nice, but there were restrictive rules in place that hampered us. The store was even closed. It was the only KOA on our trip that had restrictive rules and closed its store.

We had a lovely two weeks at the KOA. It's convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Our dogs enjoyed the walking area and dog park. I was working the whole time and would have liked faster/more consistent wifi. Also, we were in a space fairly close to the front, and there's plenty of highway noise. It would be great if a row of trees or something were there to absorb some of the noise.

The whole team was great. Mark went above and beyond helping us with our propane regulator. Super nice guy with attention to detail. Best customer service ever!!! We highly recommend Bismark Koa when you’re in the area.

We had to arrive late but found our info and campsite easily. We were never given the codes to the restrooms. Due to Covid the KOA wanted RVs to use their own facilities and not the campgrounds. We had a pop-up so we had no facilities. We did not see emergency phone numbers so we opened a tent reservation to find the codes. We were not the only pop up with this issue.

Very friendly! Nice campground with full hookups, biggest sites that I have seen at a koa. Very clean! Friendly host! Lots to do around the area! Thanks again! Would definitely stay again!

Spaces are a little tighter than I like, hard packed DG and mostly level. Bushes between the spaces offered some privacy and there are shade trees throughout the property. Our space was close to the road adjacent to the property and road noise was obvious during the day, but it quiets down in the evening. I did not use the bathroom or shower. I would stay there again.

Although we heard bad things about this park, we were extremely happy with it. Our site was far enough from our neighbors and we had plenty of shade. The site itself was a bit unlevel but not enough to be concerned with. The folks in the office made check in very easy. The location was great and we had little outside noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Their bathroom/showers are only only for tent campers? Why? My RV’s shower is tiny and not suitable for a full sized adult. But they never mentioned this policy. I expect to be able to take a shower when I camp at a KOA. I don’t know what genius came up with this but it’s not a general KOA policy because the one I’m at now doesn’t restrict the shower access. I’m pretty disappointed

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
