Three days of using Bismark as our base camp was a great experience. A large level FHU site was our home. Good location.

The spaces were nice and large. There was a nice area to walk the dogs. It was a bit noisy from trains and some road traffic. The only place I could connect to the wifi was by the office

Very nice campground, nice people, great location. Our only complaint is the WiFi - this time it was non-existent.

I appreciate the fact that there was someone to greet us with our paperwork completed and drove us to our site. I also appreciated the trees on each side of our site which gave some privacy and coolness.

We were on our way back hone to Wisconsin and needed a place for one night. The sites are separated by hedges for privacy. The dogs loved the fenced in play area that included some agility apparatuses.

Non existent WIFI, so weak a hot spot barely worked. This is very poor advertising to clients who depend upon having the ability to do business in your park. I’m confident you make enough to purchase enough “broadband” and add many satellite broadcast poles around site so all KOA loyal customers want to return. Also pool was empty of water even though your website does not say this, yikes

Owner spotted a problem with my travel trailer that could have resulted in a disasterous failure on the road had it not been corrected. He also recommended a local frame and axle repair shop that made the needed repair in a day. Thank You very much.

Stay every year. Always very good. The people are very friendly, alway get you settled. The park is clean. Wifi confused our too many apple devices, they kept asking each other to share password, and would not log in. No big deal though . We will be back

The bathroom and shower were locked up before 9 pm. They have a key pad for after hours entry. But door was deadbolted. Some of cabins don't have bathrooms. What is that all about. Some of us are night owls. Staff was great place was clean and quiet.

We were only set up for one night, but the park was nice, clean and quiet. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would stay again if in the area.

it was noisy and sites were very close together.. (I guess I should have expected them to be close)on our way in a man was standing out side his motorhome and taking a wiz!! not a good impression before you get to the office and to top it off he was at a full hook-up site.

When we arrived a rude individual had parked a vehicle in our assigned space. The on duty manager did their best to locate the owner but with no success. We were relocated to another space designed for large unit. The electrical and water hookups were on opposite ends of the space. Fortunately we had a 4’ additional fresh water hose that barely allowed us to connect.

Really enjoyed our stay. Right off the start, my husband had forgotten our water hose and the staff graciously loaned us one. Just before leaving, had a very nice conversation with the owner. Hope to return to this campground!!

Nice treed site. We had site 54. Clean bathroom and hot showers. Good laundry. Close to services and restaurants. Employees were helpful and personable.

Convenient, clean, everything worked as expected. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. KOA's are always very busy and this one was no exception. I like a little more space and privacy when I can get it, but we would go back when in the area.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
