The campsite was too small for our trailer. We were at the end almost right on the highway and alot of road noise.

We rented an RV for the first time to try out. We visited from Fargo and I enjoyed our stay at your campground. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and big the bathrooms and showers were. I would definitely stay at the Bismarck KOA again.

I would highly recommend the Bismarck KOA. We only stayed one night but received great customer service and the spot was easy to get in and out. The campsites were not too close together and the whole campsite was well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

We took our grandkids camping for 5 days and it was so hot. We were glad we stayed at KiOA because of the pool. The staff were super friendly and the grounds were really clean. We will be back.

Excellent staff who went above and beyond for us in an unexpected difficult family illness. Mark especially was extremely helpful and kind. So wonderful!!

We arrived late. It was quiet, but I observed people still being helped. A very nice setting and great view. My only concern was a sewage smell in the breeze.

If it wasn't for the owner too g way beyond what would be considered a normal response to a maintenance issue, there's nothing special about this KOA.. The owner, Mark Roeder, kept calling various repair places until he cajoled one to make time to get us repaired. The campground is basically all goes gravel with little delineation between road and campsites. We were there for only.one night so did

Hot, humid & smokey so mostly sat inside the rig w/ air conditioning. Staff very friendly but not so helpful when I had a slide issue & needed mobile RV service. Had to explore & research on my own. So find a great guy, Tom the Toolman who came the same day & fixed the issue.

Very accommodating overall. The site was quiet and spacious. Nice spot for the second night on a road trip across the country. Bathroom facilities were very well-kept and clean.

Lot’s of deferred maintenance. Laundry while very lead had dated machines with some out of order They graded roads during a dry period and created excessive amounts of dust. Nice sized level sites and the greens between sites was very nice Nice shade trees.

This KOA has easy pull thrus that fit our 43 foot 5th wheel and Dually pickup. We used the laundry, K9 dog park, walked the park daily and all was kept clean. A heavily used road next to park is noisy outside but we couldn't hear the traffic when in our RV.

Great park for a stopover or break from driving. Quiet at night and many huge sites for bigger rigs. The hosts and staff were great helping everyone fit into their sites and most requests. Close to the highway and many shopping amenities.

It is a little pointless to advertise WiFi internet if the user has to be outside or by the office to use it. Campgrounds need to work on getting better service available for people in their RVs

We got in at Midnight and were gone before 0500. Late check in was easy. Restrooms and showers were clean. Would have rated higher but we never really explored the campground.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shaded camping spots, salt water pool, open 9AM until 9 PM. Close to good shopping. We would stay there again. FYI, if there is some way to highlight that there are a few with just water connection and do not include sewer online, that would be helpful for people like me who make that assumption.

Very friendly staff, drove us to our campsite and were very helpful throughout our stay. All staff we encountered during our stay stopped and had a conversation or gave a smile and a wave. Campsite was very large and had more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool and amenities were in great condition. Will be returning again!

Outstanding and understanding, the team knowing that I have a disabled Son made special accommodations for us. Job well done. When passing through this area it will be a must stop for us.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
