Just an overnight stay. Employees seemed very nice. Site was ok, some grass/mostly dirt but couldn’t use outdoor rug because of grass. Good location, we were closer to office and away from highway. Looks a little “tired” as you drive in- need flowers in the garden areas instead of weeds ( plant perennials and they come back every year�). Close to gas and nice they give coupons for dis

Bruce and staff were excellent to work with. This campground was basically full all summer but they found a way to find us a beautiful spot to camp in! The staff goes over and above their duties to accommodate everyone!!!! Bathrooms, showers, pool and campgrounds are kept up and very clean!

Wonderful heated pool. We were in a quiet shaded site, gravel but level. The Wifi was horrible. We were on the north side of the park and could only connect to the south tower. Never did get functioning internet. OTA TV, no cable. Other than the wifi it is a very nice park. We would stay again.

Mark is always very accommodating for our stays, and works very well with shuffling dates if need be. Very friendly, close to any type of shopping or eating spots.

Thumbs down. No cable, very poor internet, too much dust, pads not level. Sewer dumb from lot next under our picnic table ;)This place can be a 5 if these items get fixed.

Cleanest bathrooms of this 14 day, 5 different sites, adventure. Pool was great as well. Very deserving of their Presidential recognition for 2021.

We stayed one night one week and one night the next week. Both stays were very nice. The staff at KOA is very friendly and the grounds are clean and neat.

OUtstnding KOA. How pleasant not to have a park on the berm of the interstate! Staff met me, even with my late arrival and escorted and assisted backing my 40 foot motor home into a spacious site. Could have stayed longer if itinerary allowed.

All the times we stay at Bismarck Nd KOA received excellent service by knowledge and friendly staff. It is one of the best campground we have stayed at for over night and longer stays. Highly recommend them.

Appreciate the size of the pull through units. The bushes between the units offered a bit of privacy and the trees added some shade in the hot days. Facilities are nicely kept and front counter service was helpful. Thanks!

We thought the COVID restrictions were excessive and thought it was just lazyness or overcaution by the staff who were not overly friendly.

Carl was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were good. The campground is surrounded by new development is no fault of the KOA campground. Does make it easy for shopping.

Very clean and well maintained, two playgrounds for the kids, and a pool. A good size dog park with climbing obstacles for the dogs. My only complaint is the dog park is a converted volleyball court and instead of having grass has sand. By the end of our five nights day our dog was filthy with sand.

Ok. So we always rate highest marks. You have to remember you're in ND and it's pretty remote. As always, checking in a breeze and facilities well taken care of. It's less than 10 minutes to Costco and cheap fuel or trip downtown to a wonderful hour tour of state capitol or Heritage Museum or coffee shops.

We liked the camp ground, but the thing that really disappointed us was. the fact that we had a problem at our camp site , went to the office and told the young man there and he said someone would be there shortly. No one ever showed up to check things out, we figured it out on our own, but that was very disheartening.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
