We regularly stay at the KOA cabins and have never had one that did not have air conditioning. It was 104 when we arrived and we were told sorry but we gave you a fan. The fan was an old cheap box fan that hardly put any air out. This cabin was dusty and definitely not close to the standards of other KOA’s. Very disappointing for $80.00.

We enjoy staying at KOAs. At this KOA we stayed in a cabin. Unfortunately we stayed during one of the hottest days in Bismarck. We really wished the cabin had a/c.

I have stayed at a lot of KOAs across the country. This one should not have the KOA branding, from restricting access to bathrooms to those they deem needing them based on their camping units as a COVID protection to the signage around the facility and the general feel of the place. This is a terrible campground and I would never stay there again.

I paid for a site with full hook ups, but got shoved off in the side of the parking lot with 50AMP and a garden hose, no sewer, next to the noisy pool. We were scheduled to return for a single night on 7/26, but had serious mechanical issues that prevented our arrival. I called to move and extend our reservation a couple of days while we got everything sorted. Owner charged us full night anyway

Very comfortable, ground is level, beautiful shaded trees, clean. This park is the best I have ever stayed in.

Campground was very cleanly. the personnel working at the time of check-in were outstanding very helpful. Gave us great recommendations on places to eat which was helpful for being out of state travelers.

We stayed 5 days. Our space #12, was where everyone stops to check in. It was so dusty that we couldn’t cook outside or even sit outside. The smell from the trash cans was overwhelming as was our neighbor’s sewer that was 10ft from our door. We were quite disappointed that they gave us a space for 5 days so close to the entrance.

It was a great place. Quiet and clean. I wish the spots would have been a little wider though. I also loved that they had a dog area so we could let our dogs off leash.

We love it there. Mark and the family are the greatest. We visit my sons family and are always assured of a great stay. Pool is perfect. Grand kids May come stay with us - love the ice cream in the store. Friendly and helpful are key descriptive words - these are the people who sold us on the KOA.

Stay was great. Roads around the park are gravel with a lot of dust. The management is outstanding and extremely helpful.

We Love KOA Campgrounds and stay in them often. This was our 1st visit here. The staff was nice but we did get passed up on getting taken to our site several times. We tent camp and the electric sites are not shady. There is only 1 bathroom and its very hot when evening comes and everyone showers and it is small for the number of sites there. The pool is nice. Very clean campground.

Short one night stay - had a pull-thru site - nice wide level gravel site - the site was even better than what they showed on the website - the power and water were good. Nice and very clean swimming pool, bathrooms, and showers. Store had all the basics you would need. Roadway's were very well maintained, as was the overall park. The staff were very helpful and cordial!!

I can’t give a 5 star as I never used the pool, laundry or bathrooms. The site we had was easy to get to. We had a pull through and had lots of room for 27’ 5th wheel

Great little park. We got a nice shady spot with full hookups at an affordable price and enjoyed the pool and the playgrounds. It was within walking distance to a grocery store (Dan’s Supermarket) and a great wine/liquor store. Easy on and off the freeway. We’d stay here again,

We had a good overnight stay at the park. Staff guided us to our spot and getting out and onto the road was quick and easy. Good laundry facilities. Tv and WiFi worked great. As with most other campgrounds the roads are not paved.

Pull through site was longer than my 43 ft motorhome and toad, but connections were toward the rear so I ended up disconnecting and parking in front of my coach, Spacing between sites was fairly typical, but foliage between sites gave a better sense of privacy. Shaded, gravel sites were level and utilities worked well. It's not too far off the Interstate and easy access to city attractions.

It was hot when we got there. It was easy to find, easy to set up, a welcome respit to retire to the cool of the RV. The site was shadeless; a downer. The site was close to the road; a potential downer. It was quiet anyway. The campground was easy to find, well maintained, and the wifi was blazingly fast. Since we were overnight guests; the location of our site was not an issue.

We were there only briefly for one night arriving late in the evening but it was very nice place to stay. Our back-in site was perfect...easy to maneuver into even in the dark. The campground was well kept and very clean. The info left for us was very informative and helpful for our brief stay. We look forward to coming back again!

It is a very nice campground about a mile off I-94. The owner/manager went above and beyond the call of duty to squeeze us into that campground on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Service like that isn’t found in many places. It was exceptional! Thanks, Bismarck KOA.

Convenient for overnight stay while traveling. Unfortunate restroom facilities are closed to those with an RV with no discount offered. Understand COVID is an issue but more frequent cleaning should be implemented to allow full use of the facility.

The park is nice, but the tennis court and basketball area need some attention. They are old, cracked surfaces with weeds growing up in them. Repair them or remove them.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
