Your staff was very helpful when on Sunday morning (our departure date) we could not retract our awning. Jonathan helped us retract the awning manually so we could continue our trip! Thanks to all of you! We will be back next time we are in the neighborhood!

Pool undergoing repair. Would’ve appreciated notification prior to arrival. I would like to suggest adding cable and text messaging.

They only disappointment was the pool being closed. It was nice to see that you at least put up a waterside so it wasn't as bad. We will be back.

Sites nice and big and fairly level. WiFi good. Staff helpful and friendly place looked clean and well kept. Had trouble leaving due to other camper parking just off the road on the corners. Great big rig sites but difficult getting around with small roads

Peaceful stay staff was great my kids had a great time playing. Only thing negative was a handful of campers not picking up after their dogs and not knowing camping etiquette as far as crossing through our campsite. But overall KOA Bowling Green was a sweet place to stay

Nice campground, lots of things to do in the area. The campground offer lots to do as well. In my opinion, the shower houses lacked, no way to control your shower hot/cold water and to turn it on was a timer. They just need some TLC, however they were for the most part clean.

Greatly enjoyed our stay and will be back. The only negative was that the WiFi did not work very well.

Quiet hours not very quiet. Vehicles moving around park all night. Park is very close to highway with heavy truck traffic using engine braking. Too loud. Unable to get any rest.

We've stopped here on our way north for 12 years. On our trip (July 2021) we found the park to be in the nicest shape it has ever been in. The grass was well cared for, games have been added to the "green" area (corn hole, horseshoes, etc.) and a "bouncy pillow" was added for the children. The pool was under renovation, too. All roads in the park are paved and new gravel added to sites.

Signs for streets and exits not clear trying to get to get parked and one way not clear( because not knowing the park) lady at desk should have explained the park set up better

Nice facility and very clean. Only negatives was poor WiFi and the first KOA that we had a premium site without cable tv.

The KOA staff was friendly and visible. We saw them often and were able to identify who they were easily. We knew if we needed anything they were there and willing to help.

It was great! Loved the pet park. My family enjoyed all the fun amenities. Staff was always friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Gear check in experience very friendly. Campground was super clean and cared for in a way that showed they care about the appearance and campers. We will return and have posted pictures and suggested people stay here.

The bathrooms and showers were in need of repairs and or updated but other than that it was very quite and pleasant the staff was very nice and we had a good time

Staff very friendly. Water pressure awesome. Close to Interstate so we could travel to Nashville and Mammoth Cave. If staying awhile note that Wifi and TV are sketchy and pool is under repair.

Easy parking has all amenities currently the pool is under construction and goofy golf looked fun but not sure they are letting u use it. Nice and quiet and great location to all restaurants and shopping if you need them would stay again

Campground overall was very nice. Sites were spacious and fairly level. The staff was friendly. The main portion of the bathrooms were clean but showers were not. Large clumps of hair and moldy floor mats made the showers very unappealing. Fix that and you could have a 5 star campground.

Campsite was very nice. We came from Wisconsin, it was very hot during our stay. We understand that they had issues with their pool and it wasn't their fault & I was informed the week prior to arrival, but it was still disappointing for the pool to be unusable. We left a day early due to the heat, had the pool been operable, we would had stayed our last day.

Restrooms dirty; no soap; pool down and we weren’t notified till on the road; bouncing pad closed 3 out of 5 days; Good shade; nice camp site! Black topping various parts through out our time there causing more traffic-dangerous for kids.

We stayed here for the Camaro Fest show in Bowling. Green. The campground is very clean, staff are super friendly, and easy to get to. We hated the pool was under renovation during a HOT week. Would suggest planning that during another time of the year.

Big difference from last year, we stayed overnight on our way to LBL and was sad to leave so soon! My son loved all the stuff to do!! Great job BG KOA!

Stopped here to dewinterize our rig before heading out west in January 2022. We would definitely come back. If you have a family this park is your place. A ton of stuff for kids to do. Huge trampoline at ground level so they can't fall off. The dog park was a hit for our GSDs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked and clean. Sites were really nice with the elite sites having their own patio furniture. They're redoing the pool so that will be a plus. I can see why they win KOA presidents awards. We will be back!!
