Meet Your Hosts

Brian and Shawndee

Home isn't just where we park it—it's every smile, every campfire, and every guest we welcome.

Meet Brian & Shawndee.
Brian and Shawndee share a passion for the outdoors, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for others. Brian grew up in the Spokane area and has spent his life in Eastern Washington, where he currently resides in Elk, Washington, along with Shawndee. Shawndee was raised in Post Falls, where she graduated, then moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she developed her love for the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. The two met five years ago and soon took on one of their biggest adventures yet—building a home together from the ground up. That experience strengthened their partnership and reinforced their belief that the best accomplishments come from teamwork, dedication, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. Today, they bring that same commitment to Boyer Park & Marina. Together, they are dedicated to creating a welcoming destination where families, anglers, campers, and boaters can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories on the beautiful Snake River. They believe every guest should feel like family and strive to provide outstanding hospitality with every visit. When the camping season comes to a close, Brian and Shawndee enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and discovering more of the incredible landscapes our country has to offer. They look forward to continuing their own adventures during the off-season while returning each spring ready to welcome guests back to Boyer Park & Marina.
