Very nice updated the kids play area and the main washroom looks good may want the floor to be different less slippery when wet , wifi better than last time we were there all in all very nice

Great place.. need more activities during the week for kids. Not enough hot water in deluxe cabin for a shower even. And there needs to be more deluxe cabins available, so maybe put more in instead of empty trailer lots. Other than that, very very expensive. Lots of ants and bugs inside cabins as well.!

It was good we enjoyed it and it went to fast. Just a few issues with the cabin, the outside screen door should have an automatic latch when u close it. The bedroom door hinges need to be oiled they squeaked the whole time was very annoying when having to get up to go to the bathroom. Ran out of propane the first time we used it, i suggest having 2 propane tanks at the cabin. We will come back.

The owners and staff have done an excellent job creating and running this camp site. Lots for the kids to do, ours loved the zip line and bouncer. Bathrooms are clean and shower temperature was OK (just). The cabin we stayed in was very nice and came with electric heat as well as the AC. The BBQ that is available with the cabin was clean and very usable. We'll be back.

We had a great time as usual. There was an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom the entire weekend but otherwise it was great.

Location is very convenient. Children's play areas are great. Kabin 1 doesn't have a tap and the swing is missing (there was only a swing base). Nobody was wearing a mask in the office and WC. The washrooms are new and clean, however, the water pressure in tge ladies was very low and water was only dripping. More regular needs to be paid to the washrooms to avoid the debris.

Convenient location. Super clean facilities. Amazing playground great for all ages. The pool was clean and not over crowded. Activities were good. Kabin was a perfect size and clean with everything we needed. Private. Open field for families to set up for games etc. Very pleased

It was good very clean and great bathroom not like any campsite I’ve seen I would recommend it to others I was a little disappointed that the deluxe cabin was not as big and spacious as the one in Niagara Falls? I think if they all are KOAs that they should be exactly the same as especially for the deluxe price? When looking into this KOA few weeks ago the girl was very friendly and help

KOA Brighton ensures best experience possible with fast and friendly service! We stayed in 2 room camping cabin which was perfect for our young family. KOA Highlights: a variety of fun play structures for kids, pool, delicious corn roast, firewood delivered to site, Dish washing station...We look forward to returning next year! Our only feedback is to mop bathroom more often or add a mat.

It has always been such a blessing to have a safe, fun, entertaining place where we can create lovely childhood memories for our children. This year, it is SO SO appreciated!!! While the world is going crazy, KOA Brighton remains a safe haven where my family can grow and enjoy a little normalcy and a lot of fun. Thanks for creating this incredible space. Loved the upgrades to the park. New bathroom was great but shower should have a bench for clothes and an area to change. It is difficult to put on pants with a soaking wet floor. Kids loved the park. The store smell was unbearable tho. Smelled like sewage. Not sure it is a healthy experience. Overall great stay.

Stayed in a cabin which was clean and suitable for our needs. A great quiet camp ground with good facilities to keep the kids busy. Thanks for another great stay at the Brighton KOA

Staff were very friendly, our Kabin was clean and ready when we arrived. Pool was clean and relaxing nice lounge chairs. Washrooms renovated and clean too. Relaxing time there and will be returning again.

Our grandchildren loved the playgrounds, pool, bouncy pillow and especially the zipline. All were clean and well-maintained. Washrooms were well-kept and modern. A great spot!

Our family had a great time. Loved the amenities and family friendly feel. Everything was clean and well run. Only complaint was that our cabins’ picnic table was on slanted ground, but we made it work. All in all, a fantastic family getaway.

cottage in the woods got no sun we had to contend with wasps and mosquitos you need to put shelves in the bathroom we had no where to put toiletries the shower curtain was 6 inches to high i had to adjust myself to stop water going on floor it was a lot cleaner when we left than when we got there garbage can hadnt been washed out and as for following covid 19 guidlines you failed people were in th

It was quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The new showers need more hooks and a place to put your stuff not in the wet. Maybe a mat too.

Need a sign at the pool entrance stating no cameras or videos..husband was called a pediphile while sitting with our children..he didnt even have the camera our son did! Then we got kicked out of the pool and we didnt do nothing wrong! So upsetting! Other than that it was good..maybe have chip truck open more through the week..kids wanted fries but not open til the weekend

I am sorry that it was an awkward situation. However, multiple campers came and expressed concerns about a man at the pool alone taking pictures. We take the safety of our campers children VERY seriously. We just asked and when we saw his son was now with his son we left. No one was kicked out.

We stopped to use the dump station. It is in a tight spot in an uphill stop. The right turn leaving the station is a challenge for big rigs. The staff are great and helpful.
