There's nothing quite like celebrating Independence Day at the campground — sunshine, laughter, great food, and a full weekend of activities the whole family can enjoy. Join us for a festive Fourth of July celebration filled with classic summer fun, sweet treats, and plenty of opportunities to make unforgettable memories together.
Kick off the weekend with pizza night at the café followed by a relaxing movie and free popcorn under the pavilion. Saturday morning starts off right with our Pancakes for a Cause breakfast, then the day rolls into creative fun with sand art crafts and colorful tie-dye.
One of our campground favorites returns as the Mountain Barrel Train makes its rounds — and it's not just for kids! Parents are encouraged to hop on and ride along with their children for a fun family moment everyone can enjoy.
As the afternoon heats up, cool down at the Slip 'n Slide at the playground or stop by for our Ice Cream Cures social, featuring hand-scooped ice cream and all the toppings you can handle.
In the evening, we'll come together for our Grill & Gather potluck, where we'll provide hamburgers and hot dogs while campers bring their favorite sides and desserts to share. Then the celebration continues with our Dancing on Sunshine Block Party featuring music, games, prizes, and plenty of festive fun to wrap up the night.

Get ready for one of the most fun weekends of the year at the campground — our Halloween Camping Celebration! Bring your costumes, decorate your sites, and prepare for a weekend packed with spooky fun for campers of all ages.
We'll kick off the weekend Friday night with a Spooky Movie at the Pavilion, the perfect way to set the Halloween mood under the night sky.
Saturday is filled with festive activities starting with our delicious Frankenstein Pancakes breakfast, followed by creative fun with Howlin' Halloween crafts and twisted tie-dye. Families can hop aboard the Barrel Train for a spooky ride around the campground, cool off at the Ice Cream Social, and then get ready for one of the highlights of the weekend — Trick-or-Treating throughout the park!
Campers are encouraged to decorate their sites for Halloween, and if you're handing out candy, be sure to grab a flag from the office so our little goblins know where to stop. Our site decorating contest will be judged Saturday evening, and the winning site will receive a FREE weekend stay in an RV site or Kamping Kabin!
The excitement continues into the evening with Horror Hall of Fame tours, followed by our big Monster Mash Party at the pavilion featuring Ghastly DJ Jim, spooky games, and our Goblin Costume Contest with multiple age groups so everyone has a chance to show off their costume.
And don't forget to stop by the office to guess how many candy corns are in the jar for a chance to win a prize!
