Terrible campground. Poor maintenance, roads are tight, trees need trimming

Entry/exit roads too steep for big rigs. Road entering property too small. Even the small pull behind where dragging rear ends on hill getting into site. Restrooms where closed ?! Probably fine for RV's less than 30'.

The site we got was right next to the bumper/blowup pad. Dealt with the noise all day for both days. The firewood we purchased from the campground was crap. Wouldn't burn for nothing...we left two bundles of wood in the fire pit and noticed that the folks in the next site over, did the same. On the bright side, they allowed us to check-in early and bathrooms were very clean.

It was an overnight stay, but all was well. The bathhouse was clean, the play area for kids was good. All my grandchildren and myself truly enjoyed feeding the resident pets, the donkeys. The escort that took you to your site was a good addition as well as picking up the garbage.

Our site was long enough and the office staff was nice. However, getting out of the site was a bit tricky. We should of went down the hill and around to another row to exit. No way to hook up in the site and then drive out. Instead, my husband had to backup once or twice to make the turn and the clearance under the rv was very very low. Would help to have guidance on the best way out.

Great location. Sites were not quite level but overall a nice place. Quiet. Baths a little tight but clean.

We stayed overnight on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and we ordered a pizza delivered to our site from the KOA cafe for dinner. A great menu and specials every night. Although our kids are grown, we noticed that there were all kinds of things for kids - a great playground, bounce pit, pool. Only downside was that the sites are quite close together.

Quiet park with clean grounds and good utilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites are fairly level, but roads are a little scary due to the grades.

Nice people running the campground. I had a back in site and it was very small. My rig fit in length was ok but the width seemed very narrow. The water hookup was on the wrong side so I had to pull out another hose to reach.

We overnighted and were greeted when we arrived, the facility is mostly on a hillside which made for an interesting drive from the office to our pull through site. The utility connections are ok however the breaker did trip once and the weather was cool and we were not using the ac. Over all a nice park and clean.

Though we understand 2020 is a year like no other we have lived through, it would have been nice to know which amenities, I.e. cafe, would not be available. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and staff could not have been more helpful.

It started horrible. When we arrived I was accused of fibbing about the size of our RV. I was told our RV was bigger than stated and if we did not fit in the site too bad, we would have to leave. We fit with feet to spare. Absolutely this really bothered me. The sites were clean. Lots to do near the campground. Henry one of the helpers was over the top wonderful.

I was NOT able to use any reward points because of only staying one night. I was not aware of this rule. Then we were shown to our site #35, which was NOT a level site which after paying $55 for it, I expected it to be level. After driving over 400 miles that day, I did not feel like fooling with the unlevelness of the site especially at that price.

It was a great. We were traveling with a uhaul as we were moving. Plenty of place to park and sleep for the night. Clean and safe park with good amenities

Very clean and very friendly! We even did our laundry there. We had fun walking around the park and seeing the donkeys next door. We would stay there again for sure!

RV park was clean and safe. Great place for kids. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint is our 90yr old mother And grandson came by for 2 hours to eat dinner and we had to pay $10 each for visitor pass!!

friendly staff but our site we paid for a koa patio and TV signal was awful. site was really uneven at best. both my front wheels were off the ground by a good 12 inches.

Staff was nice and restrooms were clean but, overall not a pleasant experience. The sites were too close together and too many permanent residents. I did not feel like I was camping. I felt like I rented a space in a trailer park.

Our stay was fairly uneventful but the wooden deck at our site was extremely slippery. I told the employee who directed us to our slot about it while we were unhooking etc., he said “Ya those trees keep it pretty slick”. We put a rubber mat down at the bottom of our steps but still had to be extremely careful walking on the main part of the deck. I fell loading up the last morning of our stay.

We stayed one night on the way back from a long trip and the pull-thru site we were put in was a complete mud pit. I understand rain and weather, but a little gravel and drainage to help mitigate would have been nice. As we were leaving toward the exit we had to make a right turn with a pickup blocking one side of the road and a tree over hanging the other side. Damage was done to our camper.

Very nice and quiet KOA. It was pretty full when we arrived late Saturday evening and it's a bit off the main highway (I-81) but we would definitely stay there again!

The manager, I forget her name, was very very nice and always asked if we needed anything. Our kabin was missing a window screen. We found an old remote control under the bed, appears the area under the bed had not been swept. There were ample towels for us. However, $30/night for linens is absolutely ludicrous. I understand this may be a corporate policy and not based on the managers.

Linens charge should be made optional. Site is clean and well maintained though.

After hours checkin was easy, but moving within campground was very tricky especially with how they were allowing vehicles to park. If camper across from us had not had vehicle moved before we left we would have had to ask him to just to leave. Also had almost no water pressure, had to use our own internal water pressure.

Friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate campgrounds and a great place to walk a dog. We experienced tropical storm Beta overnight with no campground issues.

Great and very quiet campground/RV park. Fenced-in dog runs, playground, game room, little cafe with delivery to your site, pool, clean and private bathrooms with their own individual showers, and SUPER friendly staff!
