Cabin was nice but we basically just slept there for 2 nights. Hot water was an issue on both mornings but everything else was good!

The campground is very pleasant and relaxing. The facilities are clean and tidy. The staff are the friendliest I've ever been around at a campground. The campground store, office, and café are great as well. This KOA is quiet and relaxing with no interstate noise as most have.

Most uncomfortable and noisy squeaky bed I ever slept in. TV remote was missing batteries, office was closed so they could not give us any. Cabin said to sleep 4, but did not even have 1 chair to set in. Was definitely NOT worth the amount charged.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Hard and you could fell the springs in the mattress. Needs to be changed. Pool opens late and closes to early for summer.

The cabin was very clean, all the amenities that we would want. What really sold me was how kind and caring the staff was. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable

Broken shower head hanging by a string. Middle shower quit! Extremely inconvenient moving to another shower with soap all over my body. Heavy gravel made it dangerous on the incline/decline road to cabins for motorcycles. Back tire slid out twice. Double the price of other KOAs. Turning a rustic cabin into a motel room with linen and towels does not justify doubling of price. Never again!

The cabin was glorious! Everything provided, accept for food and a mop� It felt like we had the entire camp ground all to ourselves. Perfect romantic getaway, if all you want is silence and peace together.

Very nice grounds and a fine location away from freeway noise. Multiple amenities on site including a small eatery that delivered to the little cabin we overnighted in. Staff was very conscientious and complied with CDC recommendations during our stay as the corona virus was surging.

At first we didn’t have hot running water. Maintenance was super fast and very friendly! He got it working in no time! We were very thankful for him. And we always saw him around the grounds making sure everything looked great. Campgrounds were very clean and tidy and my kids loved playing on the playground everyday! If in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

The manager, I forget her name, was very very nice and always asked if we needed anything. Our kabin was missing a window screen. We found an old remote control under the bed, appears the area under the bed had not been swept. There were ample towels for us. However, $30/night for linens is absolutely ludicrous. I understand this may be a corporate policy and not based on the managers.

Very rude and charged us extra for no reason, didn't make all the beds in the cabin, shower was filled with bugs. Been to many KOA's in the past and loved them all, very sad this was the first time I had a bad experience at a KOA.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You were charged extra for trying to sneak in 3 additional people. There is a law in TN making what you tried to do illegal, once I told you I would call the police you were willing to pay for your friends.

Only stayed for a night and loved the experience. Definitely one of the nicest KOA grounds we have stayed at, and fantastic cabins. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed in one of the older deluxe cabins. We saw several bugs. We have stayed here in past years but never in this particular cabin. We went to a motel and they did refund us but it was a rough night and lots of inconvenience and that's why I'm doing this review. I don't want someone else to have that kind of experience. Also, we were told management turned off emergency phone at midnight.

Great place to stay!! We had a very relaxing week here. The only downside I see is everything closes at 7 o’clock. So no game room, laundry, pool, store or anything after that. Also we weren’t told until after we arrived we couldn’t have guest. Overall peaceful place to relax and unwind.

We had an amazing stay! The Owner’s and Staff are amazing, kind, caring and courteous. We would definitely be going back. The campground is nicely kept and as always with friendly other campers. The kids loved feeding the two Donkeys! The main reason for going was we went to Devils Bath Tub. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The overall stay was great and staff were amazing especially the owner and the gentleman that brought the firewood and eyes to us and checked on this regularly on the golf cart we have stayed there several times but haven't been there in several years however the hospitality and friendship and welcomeness this is still the same. My husband and I love it there and our kids as well and overall love

Great and very quiet campground/RV park. Fenced-in dog runs, playground, game room, little cafe with delivery to your site, pool, clean and private bathrooms with their own individual showers, and SUPER friendly staff!
