I'm so glad you asked because we added a review on Google which now appears to have disappeared by these shady owners. Should NOT be in the KOA network - you should be ashamed if you're ok with it. Sewer was a foot above grade, which made it extremely difficult for dumping, water is on the opposite side and 30+ feet away, they charged me for a whole day/night for a late checkout and we have video.

Beautiful, clean, quite campground. Friendly customer service. Absolutely love how they take care and have pride for their facility. This place is a gem!

Loved the park, staff was super! Covid really took a bite out of the full experience. Definitely be going back! Had some trouble pulling into first site due to angle, hill and gravel. Second site was very very uneven. Got out of truck or camper and had to struggle keeping doors open or having them slam on you or possibility of falling. Plenty of other nice sites. We were referred to this KOA by the 18 and older Campground next door and we're so happy for the referral. The host was delightful. He offered a menu and campsite delivery for dinner which we happily accepted! The campground is clean, level and filled with child friendly equipment, complete with 2 friendly donkeys in the pasture. My granddaughter LOVED this place. Highly recommend!!!

Very well maintained campground, Joe (host) is very friendly and works to insure a pleasant stay. Well stocked store, and quality food in the restaurant. Will stay again.

The campground looked like a lot of full time people live there. They parked cars on the grassy areas and left big muddy ruts when they pulled out. Some campers were in very bad disarray. The internet was very spotty and everyone had a different excuse for it such as the storms, too many people on it, Comcast's fault, etc. The dog park was a disgrace with weeds and no grass. It was terrible place

The staff was friendly and helpful, but we had almost no outdoor area. There was enough room for the picnic table, but we had to use our chairs in front of the camper where we couldn't take advantage of our awning. We looked around and didn't see any other sites much better. The electricity went out twice while we were there. Our first visit, but we were disappointed. We won't be back.

Great staff, food, activities. Only thing I’d like to see improvement on is the campsites themselves. We see year after year the sites declining and just needing some work. Adding gravel, spraying for the thick mold that seems grows in some of them. It’s the only downfall we see and some of the sites are nasty with that mold or fungus growing.

we liked the cabin but I wished I could have seen the inside of the different cabins before I booked our stay. We had 3 adults and no children. I knew that in the description it had one bedroom and bunkbeds in a loft. We had stayed there before in a camping cabin and the bunkbed was one bed on top of the other. The loft bunkbed was just two mattresses on the floor. Not good for adults.

It was very nice to hear a friendly and happy voice on the other side of the phone when I called to inform the front desk we would be a late show. Just because they were pleasant to deal after dealing with negative people for so long, WE WILL BE BACK!

Nice and quiet. Easy access to Interstates. Had to request cleanup of Kamp K9 one time. Didn’t understand why the bathrooms weren’t open when KAO in Townsend, TN had open bathrooms? I stayed for work, and would stay again for that purpose.

We phoned ahead that we would arrive after business hours and they put out our paperwork. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again. However, we could not get the cable to work, and we tried several connectors, in the splitter. We were passing through and the next day we left.

Got there late for a one night stay. Level spot and quiet. Got some great sleep before heading on the road again the next morning. All bathrooms were closed due to Covid, but didn’t need them. All in all, a nice spot. Looked like some long term campers were there.

Overall the campground is very crowded with sites very close together. It's difficult to get large rigs in and out. Overall even the "luxury" sites are pretty run down when compared to other KOA's I've stayed at. The pet run is basically in the middle of a swamp with mud everywhere and unusable unless you want to give your pets a bath. I give it a 2 because the staff was helpful and friendly.

Quiet place. Trees need trimmed. WIFi is not real Good. The place is very clean. Friendly people. No interaction with staff due to Covid-19 I would definitely consider this KOA in the future.

Stayed during covid19, lady on phone made it sound like all was normal. Got there,no one around, called, and she came out and threw packet of info to me from upstairs balcony, said this was the new delivery system. $64 (with disc) for 30 amp site that was VERY unlevel. Roads in CG were full of potholes. It was rainy while we were there, so the site was muddy. Gravel = easy fix. Lazy/cheap owners.

Had slide problems getting ready to leave. Joe was very understanding and was even willing to move incoming people around if we needed to stay. This was our second stay at this KOA and we will be back again.

Very nice owners and employees. Everybody was helpful. We left before they opened and needed propane. Called the office and they dispatched Henry to help us get the LP. My German Shepard liked the donkeys. Could clean the K9 area up a little. I would stay again.

The site we had and most we saw were so unlevel that we had to sleep with head of bed very downhill. The 50A service kept tripping breaker resulting in us waking up very cold. Would’ve been nice if the confirmation would include details of driving instructions. Our Garmin took us about 10 miles via small back roads with no shoulder only to find out there was a much more direct way to get there

2 month stay for work. Very helpful and responsive staff. State Park nearby with good hiking trails. Convenient to all three tri-cities.

Nice campground convenient to Interstate 81 and close to Warriors Path State Park and Steele Creek Lake Park which offer excellent outdoor activities. Had to follow all the new social distancing rules but especially enjoyed talking with Henry.

We stayed here the first week of February 2020. The weather was terrible. We had rain every day and the area had flooding. We had snow one night. None of this was Bristol / Kingsport Now's fault. Awesome little cabin! My two daughters (toddlers) loved it, though keeping them quiet after quite hours was tough -- they just wanted to run around! Waking up to the sound of rain on the roof in the morning was an awesome bonus treat.

Great and very quiet campground/RV park. Fenced-in dog runs, playground, game room, little cafe with delivery to your site, pool, clean and private bathrooms with their own individual showers, and SUPER friendly staff!
