Just an overnight, and it was just what we wanted -- easy in, easy out!

Very nice reception both on the phone making the reservation and at check in. We were only there overnight but our site was nice and level and allowed for us to pull through with our tow vehicle attached. The grounds were nicely kept. We did not use any of the other facilities so can’t comment on them.

Had a great time on a rainy Halloween weekend that could have been a huge fail due to the weather. Staff is awesome and was constantly doing activities for the kids, letting everyone know what the plan was so no one missed anything, and checking to make sure everyone was having a great time. We were treated as guests in their home. The entire staff was awesome especially Joe, Rhonda, and Henry.

We liked the friendly staff and the quiet surroundings. My dog loved the donkey. One concern is the multiple outlets and intertwining of cords on the single poles.

The only reason the rating is low is because we are a big rig. This in our opinion is not a big rig preferred site. We never could level therefore had to just sleep with slides in and not level. Only stayed one night.

Arrived late no indication how to get to site They are on a hill and very difficult get to in the dark. Left no code to enter the bath room

Camp ground had tons of activities for the little ones. Camp ground was clean and away from any road noise. The store had everything you need and the food offered was great.

Always a great stay! Park is clean, well kept, and very up to date. WiFi is very good! Lots of activities and the staff is great! LOVE the cafe as well:). The owners do a great job with this resort. It is always our “go to” spot in the Kingsport area!

Decorations were very nice. Dog park way too far away to expect us to use it. Older park. The incline getting in or out of campsites main road is very steep.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Showers nice, liked the surrounding woods. Breakfast and Dinner were available from the KOA kitchen. Only tried the BBQ ribs and Brisket sandwich both meals were great. We would stay here again.

Good location for our travel. Clean campsites. Bathrooms were clean, but showers very "tight" fit. Friendly owners. Breakfast and ribs for dinner option is a plus.

It was bad from the first evening on. We were told we had 2 strikes and 1 more we would be asked to leave. They told me two things that was wrong on Wednesday because of my grandkids I told Freddie we would handle it. And we did then they call on Thursday and complain again about the same problem I’m not sure what they wanted me to do. Never have any intentions of returning.

Road maintenance was sub par. Many campsites are on a steep hill making ex-pens difficult. Very isolated.

It was a wonderful experience-----LOVED being able to use Camp K-9 for our dogs. Loved that you don't discriminate by breeds (we were there for the Doberman Nationals and had three with us), LOVED that you permitted x-pens (Dog fencing on site). We will be coming back for just a regular visit to the area---lots to do when we would have more time. THANK YOU!!!!!!

We were only there 1 night, but Joe and his team were so welcoming we wouldn't hesitate to come again and stay longer. AND the pizza was GREAT!

Staff was very welcoming and guided us to our spot. It was a long pull-thru adequate for our 36' motorhome and Jeep tow. We shared the common grassy area with our rather unfriendly neighbor and did not like that. They had two large dogs and a pen set up partially on our area. Sites are close enough to not have any privacy. It was manageable for one night. Price was high at $57/night.

Its a great family friendly park. Couldn't have asked for more helpful people. We had dinner from their diner and the ribs were really fall off the bone. I would make the stop again.

We loved this campground. I met some children and asked them how they were doing. They were very positive and polite too me. I wish them well and we’ll see them the next time through. Also my husband and I got a Pizza and Wings. They were awesome.

Very nice staff. Very helpful. Was in a deluxe pull through site that was very nice. Would recommend a stay for a few days or even just overnight.

Fantastic campground and more importantly fantastic people taking care of us. What other campers want to know is that check in was smooth the bathrooms impeccable and the area is beautiful and the cherry on top is the two friendly donkey/mules. We enjoyed our visit and will be back. Thank you all very much.

Great and very quiet campground/RV park. Fenced-in dog runs, playground, game room, little cafe with delivery to your site, pool, clean and private bathrooms with their own individual showers, and SUPER friendly staff!
