OUTSTANDING! Can't say enough good about this place. the people who own/operate are amazing; the place always looked wonderful and we were there for 6 weeks. Well situated for things to do all over TN and VA. It's very hilly that part of TN so this KOA is also hilly, and that made for a great walking workout every day, too. Would wholeheartedly recommend this KOA to anyone!

Rv gravel sites were VERY uneven. Large piles of gravel, we had to stack almost a foot of blocks to drive on to finally get it right. We asked if there was something they had to level out the gravel and they told us to turn RV around.. Dated playground, but still functional and kids didn't care. Jumping pad closed. There was a donkey making loud obnoxious sounds all day and night, scared kids.

We always enjoy staying here was disappointed that was not informed of office closure and it being torn up for cable etc. Would suggest when office is being closed any campers coming in would be notified.

Gravel roads are poorly maintain, ruts, dips. Parking site are extremely unlevel. Dog park area a swampy mess, lots of long term RVs with accumulated junk, wooden deck poorly maintained, low water pressure, cable TV out being re-done no indication on website, grills rusty, park staff spent riding golf carts sitting around taking to other staff, good wifi, well stocked store.

Park under renovations, red mud everywhere. Equipment noise was terrible early morning and the donkey next door "Hee hawing" continuously. Permanent campers with a lot of out door baggage ( bottles, flower pot gardens, table clutter, Styrofoam underpinning etc.) was just not a pleasant sight. Could be a nice little park when complete. Lacks cleanliness for the price.

Please have your construction crew block roads while digging trenches. We tried to leave and came upon the crew with a trench. We could not back up with our tow dolly. Not a long delay but could have been avoided. The men worked quickly to close up the trench. They tamped and restored the gravel well. Muchas gracias.

Stopped for just the night. Friendly staff. Roads are gravel, sites are also gravel but nice and level. Picnic table at each site. Nice atmosphere. Surrounded by trees, playground for kids Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep, yet only a little more than a mile off highway Would def stay again

It was ok but expected better as a KOA site. Playground needed work, sites were narrow, bath house was small for shower stall and height of shower head. If you were tall it was difficult to rinse. Friendly staff. Just seemed old and needed work. Didn’t see the pool.

I think it is a crying shame your rates are inflated because we chose to go to a NASCAR race during over a week of camping.

We really enjoyed the park. Our site was pretty good our only complaint was it was a little difficult to maneuver a big rig and we scraped up our back bumper due to the steep incline on our way out.

I stayed at the KOA from December until March. I was there on a travel assignment. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was quiet which is very important to me. If I am ever on assignment in Kingsport again, I will definitely stay here again.

We did a quick overnight at this KOA. They were great—accommodated us at the last minute, helped us to our site, and it was easy to access from the Interstate. I highly recommend if you’re traveling through (or to) the Bristol area.

The cabin was glorious! Everything provided, accept for food and a mop� It felt like we had the entire camp ground all to ourselves. Perfect romantic getaway, if all you want is silence and peace together.

The staff were great, but the spot we got was the worst in the campground due toit rain while we were there and it seemed like it all went to our site. No drainage, so we fought with water and mud the 4 days there.

Front desk and our guide to our site were both exceptionally nice and welcoming. Store clean and organized. Site was easy to pull through and hook up. Didn’t order food from the on site kitchen/restaurant, but definitely will on our way home. BBQ delivered to my site? Heck yeah. Was hoping to see the goats and donkey, but middle of winter I think they were taking shelter. :) Will stay here again

Nice facility. Weather was wet and rainy, so didn't get to do much at campground. The configuration for the utility poles was awkward. A bit difficult to hook up to water and the cable tv. I tried all 4 outlets and never could get cable to work. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice.

I wish I remembered the names of the two staff members working the office the night we arrived. We are traveling for work and needed to stop last minute due to weather. They got us in and out and into a great site quickly. Overall the campground is really nice. Would love to come back under better circumstances!

Stayed one night. Campground appeared to be well maintained and checkin was easy. Close to highway which is a big plus. We will use this KOA again if we travel through the area.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful with us getting setup. Unfortunately the site was very muddy. There was part of the site graveled but the rest was not so it was hard not tracking mud in and out of the camper. The dog run area was a big mud hole so our dog couldn’t use it but there was a nice walk through the wooded tent area and the donkeys were an unexpected treat to be able to visit with.

1st time here, our camper total height 13'2" took out cable wire tore off our antenna, Owner says it's totally our fault, swears the wire is at State legal height, really! wire runs from up a hill, down the hill, across the entry road and down the field to another pole. no supports in between. didn't see the wire, entering you go down a slight hill, watching for the road. truck pulled up & told us

The campground was beautiful, but was unattended. I get that it was the holidays, but we paid over $60 and did not even have access to showers, bathrooms or trash! There was no staff at all when we were there either. It was the most expensive place we stayed at on our whole holiday trip!! And it was not nearly the nicest. I don’t even care about “Bristol”. Not race season anyway!!

The staff is awesome. They offer food service delivered to your site. The pork bbg, beef brisket sandwiches and hush puppies were outstanding. However, the bathroom/shower facilities are not up to KOA standards. This campground is located only a mile or so off Rt 81 so it is very convenient for a quick one night stay.

While the staff was so nice and helpful I found the camping area not very level. There was a lot of rain and it was very muddy (not their fault), but the space I was put in was messy and the gravel was thin and my motor home was not anywhere near level. I love KOA, but next time I'll stay at another one.

We really didn't have a chance to explore and utilize the grounds however, staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late and it was dark and having the gentlemen in the golf-cart show us the hook up site was very gracious. Thanks!

Not the prettiest KOA we’ve been to but was easy in and out for an overnight. When we needed a place to pull over and get some rest it did the job!

Great and very quiet campground/RV park. Fenced-in dog runs, playground, game room, little cafe with delivery to your site, pool, clean and private bathrooms with their own individual showers, and SUPER friendly staff!
