Activities were great. Had so much fun. But water wasn't working in our area.

Water didn’t work a majority of our trip, the jumping pillow was broken we were told and our kid couldn’t use it. Paid 200 for 2 days at a campsite I expect it to be better. The site was level, however the sewer hook up was high so it wouldn’t drain out of the camper, also hard to flush tanks with little water.

Everyone was very helpful and nice! We did miss the DJ and the costume contest should be more organized with a microphone. That said everything else was great!

Reserved Patio Site w/cable 2 nights. Cable service never worked and a staffer admitted to problems with cable on that site. Site poorly cleaned, located directly in line of traffic so extra headlights and noise, water out 6 hours. Numerous nicer patio sites sat empty. I left multiple requests to speak with the manager - phone, in office, and text - she still has not responded.

We came in late and check in was very easy. I really liked the text message feature. It made me feel like it would be easy to connect if I needed to. The campground was very clean and staff was friendly.

We had a vehicle break down on our eastern US tour and were stranded. The ENTIRE staff at Buckeye Lake were AMAZING and did everything they could to make us feel welcome, safe and valued. I wish every other Camp ground we have visited could take lessons from the team at Buckeye Lake! Thank you to the entire crew! We hope to visit again next year when we do our west coast and northern US tour!

My sewer line had water coming up onto our shared space, my friend rec 25% off we received 0% off. I asked about renting a golf cart on Sat and all 3 were rented. Sun the camp ground was empty. Asked about renting a golf cart and they were all broken. Sunday they had 3 people behind the desk for roughly 18 check ins but no one to get out the 4wheel peddle cart. Red amenities should reduce rate.

No water. Very friendly staff! First escort to the site, and someone available for questions. Did not connect successfully to cable, but have not been able to connect anywhere yet. ?. Yes, we will gladly return. Wish you were never closed, so we could stay on our return trip.

Our first time and unfortunately � it wasn't the best. Hospitality was good. However, we had no water for the better part of two days. I reported an open ground/polarity issue with our electric, getting no help and the fire ring contained trash from a previous (slob) camper including a soda can full of Yellow Jackets. Other folks had TV issues. Maybe ��the park was just having a

Worse stay at any KOA. It started with no cable and discovered the whole side was out. Second item - the campers across the road from us were very loud and we needed to sleep with pillows over our heads way after quiet hours. The final straw - black water spewed out of the sewer pipe all over my hoses and cables - found out the whole section was clogged - no warning - an extra hour to clean up.

It was our 5th annual Halloween camping weekend with the grands! All had a blast! Event host was very funny and good at what he was doing!

Ok campground, however we were placed far in the back (in spite of closer slots) where the bathrooms and showers were locked up. Bummer of a walk with a bad knee.

This was our 1st experience with KOA. The campground is well maintained, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed a perfect weekend. We have already made our reservation for next year.

It was horrible. We paid for a full hook up premium site and had very little water pressure. Friday, when we checked in, we notified management and they said we will send someone over, they did but they were unable to fix it. Throughout the weekend it just kept getting worse until we had no water at all. Nothing was done to fix it.

I camped with 3 of my sisters and their spouses and had a great time. We used the putt-putt course and sure it could of used a "spruce up" but who of us couldn't. The only issue i had was not being able to hear the lady behind the plexiglass at check in and had to come back in for a wrong charge to my account. I will be coming back to this KOA and bring the grand kid along.

We had a nice time with the grandkids for their Halloween weekend. Nice patio site with glider, table and chairs and firepit. Only issue we had was NO water on Sunday morning. Apparently, we were on the unlucky section that a pump had went out. Made it rough that morning especially not being able to clean up as easily before leaving. Firewood price was one of the highest we have encountered.

Our stay was really good. One thing that could change is the location of the firepit. When a vehicle checks in, there headlights shine in your eyes when you are sitting by the pit.

We only camp at KOAs and this place left a lot to be desired. The location of the playground/sports/pool are right next to a two way, busy street. The jump pad was down, the Breakfast Cafe that was advertised has apparently been closed since COVID. The crafts for kids and adults cost money. We woke up Sunday to no water. The camp store needs to improve their food selection.

We stayed during a October weekend, If you have kids and want an experience you have to stay on a Oct weekend. Their are crafts ,pumpkin decorating , trick or treating w/costumes and to top it off a night wagon ride are a lot of fun. The staff here are awesome and every thing was perfect. Buckeye Team Thank you.

Rough start to the weekend was lead to the wrong parking spot. Jumping pad was down. Not to much to offer this weekend besides trick or treat. The person running activity for kids was awesome though.

The campgrounds needs updating. The sites are so small and all gravel no grass. The palm ground seems very old and is rather small. The pool wasn’t open when we were there but looked small. The staff was great and really friendly. The events were the only thing that made it worth it. We stayed in October and did the Halloween site decorating, trick or treat, crafts and hayride. Fun but very $$$$

Great stay. KOA does a great job of escorting you to your site and making sure you have all that you need. Nice campground, some space between sites, great location in nature, lots of trees.

We found this campground so we could come and see our new granddaughter in Pickerington and have our own place to stay. We will be coming often to this area and this will be the campground we use.

We only stayed overnight and it was acceptable. However, if the oak branch that came down missing our trailer and new bikes by inches, hadn't missed, I would have been very unhappy!

It was the most awful experience of my life. My husband took a walk in the campground and someone called the cops. We were escorted out by police for absolutely no reason. I will be contacting my attorney.

1 night stay in a deluxe patio site. Patio was perfect for our disabled son in a wheelchair as the stairs of the camper rested on the patio and he was able to exit the car next to a walkway to the patio. We had pizza and a cheese ravioli dinner from the Pizza Cottage adj the campground. Both were great and enjoyed. We had breakfast on the patio. Only downer was the on-site laundry was closed.

We had a vehicle break down on our eastern US tour and were stranded just before a holiday weekend. The ENTIRE staff at Buckeye Lake were AMAZING and did everything they possibly could to make us feel welcome, safe and valued. Upon arrival we were given a site without septic at our request because we had planned to stay only one night and be on our way. Our truck broke down before the next morning so we ended up needing space for nearly 3 weeks! It was unplanned and could have been a disaster but the whole team went to work for us and helped us through our time of need. They even referred us to someone to pump out our waste tanks when needed. WAY above and beyond service! I wish every other Camp ground we have visited could take lessons from the team at Buckeye Lake! Thank you to the entire crew! We hope to visit again next year when we do our west coast and northern US tour!
