Nice overnight stay. Playground clean for the kids. Sites pretty level but a bit close. Still a good overnight. Staff had our spot ready and info since we came in after working hours. Very courteous.

Very nice RV park. Neat, well maintained, nice, level rocked sites. Close to highway for easy access but very little highway noise.

We were on the road and needed a place to rest. The Koa was the perfect spot. Easy in and easy out. Great place and very clean and attractive.

When I checked in the lady on the desk said " There is a pet charge of "15.00. " I explained to her that it was a service dog and therefore Texas law stated that a fee cannot be charged. She stated "we charge everyone with a pet a fee. " Again I explained that a fee cannot be charged for a service dog. Since it was obvious she was not properly trained in that area, I let it drop. Educate !!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Other RVers in the park were also very friendly. Restrooms were very clean and heated!! :)

The park is well maintained and the staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond during our stay there. We would definitely recommend staying at Burkburnett/Wichita Falls KOA.

Although not the fault of KOA, it was bitterly cold ('feels like' temps around 11 degrees) which made our stay very difficult. The person working the office at the time had no 'guidance' on how we should handle our connections given the extreme cold. Also, the utilities (electrical) didn't work at the first site we were assigned, so we had to move to another site.

If you are a tent camper this may not be the place for you. Tent camping is in a big open field between the cabins and street. No designated/marked sites, no tent pad, no designated parking for your car, no smooth terrain in the field. Very primitive for a tent camper. I gave two stars instead of one because the bathroom was quite nice. Separate vanities, sinks, and mirrors gave it homey appeal.

Nice campgrounds, hosts are very nice, nice sites. Close to major road so you hear traffic but not bad enough that it bothered us. Will stay there again when passing through the area.

Our site was rutted and and not level. -1 star The campground was clean and neat. The campground representatives I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

This was a nice stay, but there was no one in the office or on site to answer questions or set us up in our site. There also wasn’t a coin machine for laundry or anyone for change. There was good place space outside, this site was just very desolate and quiet.

The people were very customer orientated, it was a short stop for me but they made it a smooth stop. Great Job!

Great lodge but someone needs to snake the drain in the shower as it is very slow to drain.

VERY nice KOA, we were given an OUTSTANDING spot based on what we were driving. Nice level spot close to the bathrooms, which appear to be brand new and sparkling clean. Keep up the good work!!

Very convenient location near the interstate for us to stop overnight on our travels. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to change our reservation by a night due to a change in our travel plans.

I travel through the area frequently and always enjoy my stay, albeit just an overnight. It’s a very clean and well managed facility.

Very friendly, everything was very clean, full hookups worked perfectly with no issues. Perfect spot to stay while visiting Wichita Falls and the AFB. Gets cold in winter so bring a heated water hose for your RV connection unless you enjoy unhooking for the evening. :)

Amazing staff. Very clean bathrooms. We absolutely loved it there and will definitely stay there again if we’re ever in the area.

There was a problem with the plumbing in the women’s restroom but very shortly after I reported it they had someone out there looking into the problem. We got there fairly late at night but were welcomed warmly and guided to our spot personally by the manager. We would most definitely stay here again!

Cabin was very neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Heating was with electric heaters, which were adequate, but probably not ideal if you have small children or pets. Shower drained very slowly, collecting a few inches of water in the pan during a shower, which I informed the office as we departed. Would definitely stay here again!

Campground looks good thanks to the effort they have put into the place. The entrance is freshly paved, the roads and campsites have fresh crush rock, and the electrical system is first rate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their travel routing advice saved us many miles of driving. Good job!

This is a really nice KOA. Friendly staff, clean park and quiet. This is our second time here, usually just a stop over but worth it.
