Fourth or fifth visit. It's a great getaway for me to spend a few days writing without interruption. Staff is very friendly and helpful but never intrusive. I'll be back.

Upon entering the cabin, a mouse was seen scampering across the floor. Mentioned it the next day at the office, and was provided with 2 mouse sticky pads. Two mice were promptly caught, Pieces of trash were left on the kitchen countertop from whoever was last in the room. Mold in the shower corner. Wore white slipper socks on the first night, and after just one night the bottoms were black.

Yes you requested the sticky pads and we complied by sending someone to the store as we do not use them. Cabin was cleaned prior to you getting there, had you told me that it was not clean we would have recleaned it for you. we are sorry that someone failed in their duties and will take steps to correct it.

I frequently stay in The camping Cabins at KOA's around the country and I was really impressed by the care of the Cabin here. There was a brand new memory foam mattress in the room and a heated blanket was there for our use as well. Cleanest Cabin I think I've ever had.

Great place...have stayed there twice. Once in delux cabin and this stay in a camping cabin. We pull a big race trailer and there was plenty of space to park it near the cabin. Cabins, both times, were super clean and even turned the heat on for us so it was nice and warm. Very responsive when you call. Would have given it a 5 but the shower was luke warm with little pressure & no shower mat.

I was disappointed to learn that the hot water was not available for showers when I arrived. For the amount of money I paid for the cabin I could have gotten an actual hotel room with breakfast included. Was very disappointed in the staff for not warning me about this.

Super staff, we changed to a cabin that was excellent and more than most with a comforter and a rug by the bed including and a night stand lamp and tv. Bath and showers were all tile and very clean differently Worth the stay.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Booked it over the phone last minute...lady who called me back was helpful and very nice. She even made sure the heat was turned on as it was very cold out. Would definately stay there again.

6 person cabin and swimming pool are awesome. Nice staff and very clean restrooms. Only issues were several wasp nests underneath cabin, under stairs and under grill. Kinda not nice as we have small kids.

Nightmare check-in!!The person in our cabin didn't check out on time.We left on our road trip expecting to check in at 1.At noon we received a call that it would be 4 before we could check in.At 4 we called and the person had still not left. We arrived to the KOA at 7PM!!Previous renter was still there!Tired, we moved into a dirty cabin.Had to ask for clean sheets.They only care about $$$

This is a really nice KOA. Friendly staff, clean park and quiet. This is our second time here, usually just a stop over but worth it.
