very low quality KOA sites are cramped, streets are narrow, we were put in a site hard to get into and had to have neighbor move his vehicle in order to get out. half laundry machines were broken, bathrooms not the best attitude was just low and you felt it... would not return and would not recommend using this park,,,

It’s the halfway point on many of our family camping trips out West. Have stayed here several times and are always satisfied.

This KOA needs TLC very badly, especially in landscaping and outdoor maintenance. IT reminds us of Good Sam sites that have given themselves over to long-term customers and have become careless. Not much is for sale in the camp store, and the laundry is less than minimal. This is the most expensive KOA we have ever stayed in, and we feel cheated by the "amenities" because the photos are misleading

Staff was very nice and helpful, the park is in much need of upgrading. All roads/drive areas are dirt, still had some muddy spots and would be terrible if it rained. Noticed one rv spot that was damaged and unusable due to someone that had been stuck in it. Not totally dissatisfied but I would have to think about using this rv campground again.

We are "newbies"...this was only our second trip in our new TT. We learned a lot on this visit (i.e., which direction we were supposed to park, that we need vent covers inside the trailer and that we need to get better at leveling)! We also liked the fact that the casinos were just a hop, skip and jump away from the park. We came home happy in that area!!! Nice park. Enjoyed our stay!

The rain didn’t help the appearance and walking areas, but no one can control the weather! This is our third time using this campground on our trips west and northwest!

Grass not mowed. Spaces need more gravel. A lot of puddled water. Staff was friendly and helpful but infrastructure was in need.

Maybe when we come again the campground will be dry. For now you need a lot of new gravel to fill all the puddles on the roads in the campground.

Every one we met was very pleasant. Was a very bad time to be there they had rain every day for a week, the entire camp had water and mud. The night we stayed there was rain and tornado warnings. We are sure it is a nice place to stay. We hope they have a great summer.

I was quite disappointed. This was my first stay in a KOA & I wasnt impressed. They had gotten quite a bit of rain but I was disappointed at how unkempt the sites were. There were deep holes on all 3 of our sites 7 the grass was ridiculously tall. The dog park was tiny & you could tell it hadn't been cared for in ages. The pool was green & not open and the park, that was advertised as new, not.

They have turned some of the park into a RV Ghetto and that is where it was assigned a spot. Dogs such as Doberman and German Shepard were there too. I would never recommend this park as a place to stay for someone looking to relax under a tree. Nice people work there...………………..

We were there on and off for six months. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the freeway which made it quick to town and shops. Very convenient !

We got there a little after 5:00 PM and there was no one in the office or around. The area is nice and the restrooms were clean. We would recommend that the campground spend some money and put down some gravel throughout the park. There were many areas of the road that had holes which were filled with water and mud, after a rain.

Sometimes I wish I could just hit a repeat button. We are sorry for the roads and sites. We get on average 26 inches of rain a year and rain fall per storm is 1 to 2.5 inches. In the last year we are getting 40+ inches of rain and the storms dump 3 to 9 inches a day. we stand at 30+ this year already. We have brought in over 380 tons of rock in the last 6 months. We are sorry and doing our best.

The gravel on the roads and sites are very washed out. Giant. holes everywhere. All the hookups worked. The lady was very nice on the phone. The place has potential if they brought in gravel and landscaped.

Park roads need much attention. Store hours need to open earlier and not close till 7 pm. Granted, all the rain may have help rutted roads become large pothole roads, but campground maintenance should have addressed that regularly.

We arrived late. they had our reservation all approved and assigned parking. It was raining, OH Joyous occasion!. We got there late and left early so cannot say much about the park. It is in dire need of 15 loads of gravel to fill all the holes in the parking spots and in the drives in between. We only used the 30 A and the water so cannot respond about anything else.

Regardless of the wet weather and rain there is no excuse for the condition of camping spots I did not see any place that was not covered in water terrible conditions and it would be so simple To fix

We do not try to make excuses for wet weather but just a few facts. This winter and spring has been a weather nightmare, we have brought in over 380+ tons of rock to no avail, we normally get 26 inches of rain a year, we are standing at 36+ inches so far and the average rain fall per storm is 1 to 2.5 inches we now get 5 to 9 inches. We do the best we can.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It is convenient to town for basics and it is only a short drive to Wichita Falls for all the bigger chain stores plus the mall. Overall it is a quiet campground and is also near the casinos across the river in Oklahoma.

We stayed in the camping cabin for one month and in a camper for another month. The owners are good people and the staff is very friendly/helpful. We had no issues and if we had any concerns, they were always addressed immediately. We appreciated having a place to stay like the Burkburnett KOA. We highly recommend it to others and would stay there again. Thank you to all who helped us!

It was a last minute booking and keep getting disconnected do to my cell phone and the finished the process once we got there. Wounderful desk clerk. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Hosts were very friendly. Camp ground was clean. Laundry facilities were very nice while a bit pricey. Could use a little more attention to the details, flower pots full of weeds, play ground equipment dirty as well as the pool. We were there third week of March.

Thank you, we just finished up installing the new laundry equipment. We just had 3 weeks of rain and dust storms. We will turn our attentions to the outside now that we have had a few days to dry out.

Smooth check in, loved that there were no obstructions for the slide out at the site, quiet which is always nice . Great pet policy and plenty of good walking areas for them. Clean restrooms. We will definitely be back

I was happy with my stay and the service of the staff but was shocked at the cost of the electricity it was nearly the same as my 3/2 house

Sorry about your electric bill. All of our meters for extended stay are easy read meters you can read yourself. I sure wish my 4/3 home electric was only $100 or less a month.

This is a really nice KOA. Friendly staff, clean park and quiet. This is our second time here, usually just a stop over but worth it.
