Very quiet clean park, good wifi and television channels. Great staff, all seemed friendly and helpful. Remodeling for even a better experience.

Chuck was great. Our site was taken by someone else and he found us a new one. Rally made us a space and made sure we were ok.

I hate giving bad feedback, however it's time. I have stayed at this campground several times, and every time when it has rained(several), the sites have been from extremely soggy to flooded. I saw that they were working on the office area, but it's high time some money and effort was put into the sites themselves. Nothing but occasional leveling has been done for years from what I can see.

Thank you for your input. We try hard to keep up with the gravel roads and over the last year have brought in over 200 tons of gravel on our roads. this area has received over 3 times our average rainfall and with the increased traffic in the park it has been a headache trying to keep. we will try harder.

Good campground enjoyed the close by harvested cotton fields. Enjoyed the visit with campground manager on the history of Texas.

Nice site and helpful staff, no hot water in bathroom / showers overnight, propane tank empty, and limiting WiFi to two devices although understandable is a problem these connected days.

No dryer heated in the laundry. No hot water in the trickle showers. Man, couldn't we at least have a small bench to lay things on? This was the most expensive campground we stayed at all week and the absolute worst. I would have informed manager but we had to leave early that morning.

The campground is old but clean. I had no issues. The internet and tv cable worked great No noise from the interstate. My stay was 3 days.

I have been here for a 5 night stay twice in January- February while taking some classes in the area. This is not the fanciest rv park I’ve stayed in, however it is super laid back and quiet. The staff was very accommodating.

This KOA was neat, clean, and very easy to get to. The owners were very friendly, and helpful when we needed assistance with a stubborn water hose. We are always happy when we can find a pull through spot. We stayed one night on our way to our destination, and again on our return.

Great stay! Staff friendly and helpful. They even come and got our propane tanks and refilled them for us and the cost of propane is same as it is in town. Staff also keeps litter picked up daily and keeps grounds mowed.

Poor shiwers no hit water or pressure. Some dogs roaming free in dog walk area and tent in area

Our showers have a on demand water heater and takes a few minutes to get hot. Sorry about the dogs. We will address the situation about the dogs.

Very friendly. Bathrooms clean and nice. Got a site very near bathrooms - a necessity for Pop up camping. I would stay here again if I ever get back to Texas.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and all the utilities worked perfectly. If I am up that way again some day I will definitely consider staying there again.

We highly recommend the Burkburnett/Wichita Falls KOA! Owners are warm and friendly going out of their way to assist us. Facilities are clean and (at this time of the year) WARM! We will be checking in with The McMullen Family again. "Happy Campers"!

Owner was very helpful on the phone prior to our late arrival and assured us someone would be available if needed when we arrived after the office closed. Very friendly the next morning when we finished registration. Site was easy to get in and out of . Bathrooms were very clean. Nice to have coffee in the office in the morning also. Thank you.

Sites and roads need a lot of work. Way too many low places for water to accumulate. For the price charged per day, I would expect a much nicer park!!

We were given a site with numerous puddles while there were sites open with much less water. We asked to move, were not given approval. Dry site across from us was never filled. You cannot expect a high rating.

The campground is nice and the staff friendly. I guess they had some trouble with the rains lately as the roads weren't in great condition.

Like camping in a swamp with poorly maintained facilities. Needs to do something about its drainage and upkeep. Seems to be on its last legs.

Clean campground, nice staff, great pool (salt water) with a slide. Campsite was okay.. never are they big enough these days. Good little resort.

Very sweet liitle park. Beautiful rural setting. Owner was kind and accommodating when we had to cut our visit short due to a change in travel plans. Only thing I think would be an improvement is perhaps a bit more water pressure in the showers.

This is a really nice KOA. Friendly staff, clean park and quiet. This is our second time here, usually just a stop over but worth it.
