The atmosphere was pleasant, a few spots were a bit overgrown, but the park was fine for an overnight. The staff were very pleasant.

Positive: quiet, spacious, grassy sites, pleasant office staff Negative: many unkempt permanent RV's with trash and unknown grass...knee high grass and trash are turn offs for us. Pool also was not open, and it was 99 degrees while we were there...A dip would have been marvelous

We love koa, always friendly and helpful..we had an issue with our electric hook up..it was just after closing hours and the staff stayed until it was all fixed and seemed happy to do so, thank you koa!!!

It's a typical KOA. The basics and nothing more. One specific thing I'd like to point out is the internet never worked the full 3 months I was there. You'd click connect to the WiFi a d every device would simply say a connection cannot be made. Here's the bottom line it's 2021 and people expect solid internet. There is no good excuse for bad or slow internet. This is turn people away.

. WE had 2 RVs site 38 and 39. Our stay was supposed to be 6 months.. We stayed 3.we left because of several issues. The office staff was great but her husband The maintenance is not maintaining the property .poorly at best.our water hookups Jerry rigged not properly installed, both sites.moving sucked at best when done.they broke 4 sever connections and did not. Care. Destroyed out door carpet.

Made a same day RES after having driven 6 hours from Amarillo TX and arrived at 11PM to the campsite. I was given Pad#28 and when I attempted to connect to the 30Amp it would not work I tried the 50 Amp and it also would not work. Since the power for the adjacent vacant Pad#27 was available I tried connecting to both the 30 and 50 Amp and they too would not work. With no power we decided to leave

Really enjoy staying here, it's quiet and with the Air Force Base nearby we really enjoy the sounds of freedom in the skies.

The pool was closed, there was no hot water to take a shower. After a 8 hour drive at least a hot shower would be nice

Passing through on our way to Colorado. Great place to stay. Very well maintained and good pool. One suggestion I have for all KOAs is to upgrade the WiFi. In this day and age WiFi should be standard and reliable in all KOAs.

We have stayed at this KOA several times and just loved it but now it's not as nice. Too many full timers with surround fences. It looks like a trailer park not a rv park and the lawn maintenance was not up to it's usual beauty. We Love to stay at Koa's but will look for another one when in the Wichita Falls area.

THE PARK IS NOT 5 STARS . HOWEVER, IT DID HAVE A POOL AND WAS GREAT FOR A QUICK STOP. IT WAS HOTTER THAN HECK AND THE FIRST NIGHT, THE POOL WAS GREAT. THEN THE POOL WAS CLOSED THE NEXT DAY. THE GUY IN THE OFFICE BLAMED IT ON AN INSPECTOR AND HE HAD A MILLION EXCUSES. BET IF HE HAD TO REFUND EVERYONES' MONEY, THAT POOL WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BETTER. HE GOOD OL BOY'ED ME.

Nice park. Lots of amenities. Staff Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our drive-thru site worked well for our fifth wheel.

Treat your grass and cut your lawn. Mosquitos and bugs were terrible. Residents were rude.

No hot water in showers and bugs all over the place (crawling on my legs while showering). Couldn’t do laundry bc no change machine (got in 8PM; no office until 11AM)… sewer too far forward, so couldn’t fully hook up… had to pump out in AM on way out instead. WiFi didn’t reach site. We rely on KOAs on driving days, and we have been to a lot of them. Honestly, this one should lose the aff

We were suprised about the narrow parking spots that look like they haven't been manicured in a long time and are becoming overgrown with grass especially through the rock. It's narrowing the spaces to park. Otherwise, the pool and park and building were well taken care of. Staff at checkin were pleasant. We would be back.

shockingly nice campground in this part of the state. there were trees to give some shade, a decent amount of space between sites, and nice, clean showers.

Very nice and clean rv park. Reserved two nights and then later asked for a third and they were able to arrange for that to happen even as busy as they were. Only small complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t strong enough at spot 18. Had a great time and will be back.

We had fun in the pool with water slide and got our laundry done too! Nice clean park and we enjoyed the green views and thunder storm that night.

The large trash was completely full and you couldn’t throw your trash out. The entire property was not properly kept. Several areas were overgrown and had not been mowed. The bathrooms didn’t lock properly, no hot water. One set of tent campers made me feel very unsafe as a female. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

This is a really nice KOA. Friendly staff, clean park and quiet. This is our second time here, usually just a stop over but worth it.
