Meet Your Hosts

See and enjoy the history surrounding "The Richest Hill On Earth"

Hello,
My Name is Kyle, and I'm happy to meet you. I grew up in the Catskills region of New York—an area known for its outdoor recreation and camping. I spent my childhood exploring and camping in the Catskills with my father and two brothers. In my late 30s, I decided I wanted to see more of America and started work camping. My first stop was an RV campground in Fort Myers Beach, FL. I had never been to Florida before and found it a little too flat and much too humid in the summer for me. My next stop was Ocean Shores, WA. The Northwest United States is a beautiful area of the country that I enjoyed very much while I was there, but I wasn't done exploring yet.

Four years ago, I applied to several positions in the Rockies and landed here in Butte, MT. I instantly fell in love with the area and its history. I hope you will, too!

If there's anything my staff or I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to meeting you.

Your host,
Kyle Fitzgerald
