Andi was very pleasant on the phone and in person. She is well versed in the area and gave us excellent suggestions on things to do while we were in Butte.

Dreadful for those pitching a tent. Weed choked plot 100 yards off the interstate, subject to noisy truck traffic all night long. Did not sleep. I doubt that any tent renter would ever spend two nights here. Cancelled my remaining stay. KOA should be shamed for taking my money. The only reason I gave this review any stars was due to the excellent shower I was provided at 4:30 am as I left.

Great stay! Parks is clean, the staff ever helpful. The front desk would send out texts once questionable weather would be rolling in, to remind us to bring our awnings in. So helpful!! The pool and laundry area very clean and dryers and washer worked great! Always a plus to save time going into town. Bathrooms/ showers spotless! My family loved all of the potted flowers around camp! Great KOA!

We stayed in the new section where the level pull thru sites were plenty long. These are packed lanes surrounded by gravel. Utilities were excellent and the WiFi was good too. Staff was excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

Their customer service was above and beyond the normal and was always about what they could do for us as a customer. We love how we can communicate with a staff member anytime through a text and get a reply. A must stay at KOA any time we are in Montana!

Everything was excellent as directly provided by the staff, and the campsites and facilities were impeccable. BUT the WIFI was nonfunctional and therefore less than promised. Butte KOA outsources their technical support. I waited 45 minutes to speak to the staff support. The consultant at I spoke with talked me through several ways to address the issue. A wonderful campground! Clean bathrooms and a great pool! The owners are very nice and the store had lots of fun items for kids.

Really nice staff. Great location, easy to get to, and beautiful walking paths next to the rv park. Also love that the visitor center is right next door.

Like most KOA's I have visited recently, the road to this park (Kaw is the name I believe) is extremely bumpy and badly in need of repairs. We spent several hours walking and touring around Butte, and this was by far the worst section of road we saw. Seems like KOA needs to focus on working with local government to get roads repaired. Other than that, it was nice, clean, level and full hookups.

The bathrooms were fabulous! Nice attention to detail with added disinfectant available. Andrea, Stacey and Corey were very friendly & helpful. Store was nicely stocked with essentials. We appreciate being escorted to our site, especially. We were very impressed with the handling off the “off leash” pit bull that caused a great deal of concern.

It was the perfect place for our needs. Quick overnight before continuing our cross country drive. Slightly upset about the bathrooms we were referred too, and they were locked. The code did not work.

Spend a week here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The power and water services were interrupted briefing and the staff text messaged updates throughout the process. Best campground communications we’ve ever experienced.

The tent camping area was bare from having grass which was not pleasant but bathrooms very nice also located next to a great walking path for my dog and I.

All great @ the Butte, KOA!!!!! Love the new Bathroom/Shower building!!! Plus the new pavement off of the road coming in by the Chamber of Commerce!! Staff in the office very friendly, & on the phone. We asked for a certain area, & they made sure we got it!!!! Only one complaint, which nothing to do with the KOA grounds or Staff. The idiots who fly up & down the Chamber of Commerce street & Kaw

Staff was friendly & helpful. The site was way over priced for what we ended up with. Site was so incredibly unlevel we had to use all our leveling blocks. I’d like to add this is the first we had to use our blocks in over 6 weeks of traveling. The site had dry dirt instead of grass between sites (messy & ugly) there were pieces of broken glass all over the campground. All of this for $73

Best stay ever! Courtesy #1 texts of welcome ! Very clean restrooms. Especially liked that restrooms had COVID disinfectant available to spray the facility, signage was courteous and clever not just directives as so many places have. We wanted to stay longer.

Overnight stay after long drive towards our final destination. Easy in and out, friendly staff, level sites and clean facilities. If we go this way again, we will definitely stay.
