Your Home Away From Home: Ways to Stay

Not a camper yet? Or perhaps you're a seasoned pro? Cadillac KOA offers a variety of ways to stay that fit every family's comfort level:

• RV Sites: Our spacious RV sites offer full hookups and easy pull-thru or back-in options, perfect for rigs of all sizes.
• Lodging & Cabins: Experience "glamping" at its finest! Choose from our Deluxe Cabins (complete with bathrooms and kitchenettes) or our cozy Camping Cabins for a rustic feel with a solid roof over your head.
• Tent Sites: For those who love the traditional experience, our shaded tent sites allow you to sleep under the stars while still having access to all our modern amenities.
• At KOA, all are welcome. A membership is not required to stay with us.

Pro-Tip for Families: We offer golf cart rentals to help your crew get around the property with ease. Save those little legs for the Aqua Park; more time playing, less time getting from place to place!

Aqua Park FAQ

Can I visit just for the day and buy passes?

Yes! You do not have to camp at the campground to enjoy the Aqua Park. We offer Day Passes for non-campers.

What are the hours of operation?

• Friday & Saturday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

How much does it cost?

• For Registered Campers:
  • Daily Pass: $10 per day
  • All-Stay Pass: $20 (Covers your entire stay, up to 7 days)
    
• For Non-Campers (Day Passes):
  • Monday – Thursday: $15 
  • Friday – Sunday: $20
  • Visitor Admission: $10 per person, per day (For those visiting the park/beach but not using the Aqua Park)

What are the safety and age requirements?

• Age: 6 years old and up.
• Life Vests: You must wear a KOA-provided vest to use the Aqua Park. All participants must be able to fit into one of our provided vests.
• Waivers: A parent can request an electronic copy of the waiver; however, a downloaded state ID or passport will be required to complete the process.

What are the adult supervision rules?

• Ages 15 and under: Must be accompanied by an adult (18+). This adult must be on the beach the entire time of the visit. The supervising adult is responsible for all actions of the minor.
• Ages 16 and older: A supervising adult is not required to be present, but the minor must have a waiver completed by their parent or guardian. The child must also present a state ID if they are not with a supervising adult.

Do you offer group rates or birthday parties?

Yes! We offer a Birthday & Group Special for $300. This includes:

• Four (4) hours of Aqua Park and Beach fun for up to 20 people.
  • Must have 1 chaperone per 6 kids. Non Aqua Park users are included in the 20 people. 
• 4 Pizzas (either cooked on-site or bought locally).
