1. What are your check-in and check-out times? For our RV and Tent Sites, check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). For all our Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to arrange an earlier check-in, please contact our office on the day of your arrival to check availability.
2. Are pets allowed at the campground? Yes, we are a pet-friendly campground! We welcome your furry family members at our RV sites and in designated pet-friendly cabins. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside and should not be left unattended. Please be sure to clean up after them.
3. What is your cancellation policy? For RV and Tent Sites, we require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel your reservation for a full refund, minus a small cancellation fee. For Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins, we require at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations for special event weekends or holidays require 14 days' notice. Please see our full policy for more details.
4. Can we have a campfire at our site? Absolutely! Campfires are a classic part of the camping experience. Every site is equipped with a fire ring for your use. For the health of our local forests, we do not permit outside firewood to be brought into the campground. We offer bundles of local firewood for sale at our camp store for your convenience.
5. Do you have quiet hours? Yes, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum.
6. Can we have visitors at our site? You are welcome to have visitors join you at your site. All visitors must register at the front office upon arrival and receive a visitor pass. Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. An additional fee may apply, especially if your guests wish to use campground amenities like the pool.
7. Do your cabins come with kitchens, bathrooms, and linens? We have a variety of cabins to suit your needs! Our Deluxe Cabins are fully equipped with private bathrooms and kitchenettes (including a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink). Our more rustic Camping Cabins do not have a private bathroom or kitchen, but they are located conveniently near our clean campground bathhouses. Linens are provided in our Deluxe Cabins but not in our Camping Cabins.8.
Is there Wi-Fi available? Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests. You can get the password upon check-in. Please note that our rural location means the signal is best for basic browsing and checking emails rather than high-speed streaming.
9. What kind of activities do you offer? We have a wide range of family-friendly activities! Depending on the season, you can enjoy our swimming pool, barrel train rides, themed weekends, outdoor movies, and various sports courts. Be sure to check our event calendar for a full schedule of what's happening during your stay!
10. What are the pool hours? Our swimming pool is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The standard hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, though times may vary based on weather and other factors. Please check with the front office for the most current schedule.
