The staff and experience was outstanding! The only reason we withheld a star was bc one night there was a band playing at the pavilion and they didn’t stop until 10:30! The sites were full and yet there were maybe 20 people total under the pavilion so I feel confident we weren’t the only ones disturbed by this. We love music and if it had been 4-8p or even until 9, it would have been fine.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We're glad you had a good time. Our duet acoustic music group played one last song and was on until 10:14pm, just little past our 10pm quite hour. When that song was done they promptly shutdown. Happy Kamping.

Love this campground. We are returners and will do so again next year. Clean, pretty setting, pet friendly! We walk the wooded trail multiple times a day. Loved last night's live music!!

Was a little unhappy with the surprise charge for Christmas in July. We were only booked for 1 night, and not interested in the events, nor available due to our travel plans, for the 8am breakfast. Also, the rental fee for our site was steep considering no sewer hookup. Otherwise the site was nice.

We stay at this KOA several times each year and you won't find a more welcoming and helpful staff anywhere. We've gotten to know the Arsenault family and several staff over the years and look forward to seeing them each time we camp here. Great location and much to see and do in and outside of the campground.

As always, relaxing quiet setting. Pool is outstanding as are the staff. Plan on revisiting every summer.

Clean, friendly staff, large sites well maintained. TONS of things to do especially for kids. Grandkids didn't want to go home; said "it's too fun here!" We will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay, lots to do in the area. Pool area is fantastic. Arcade area could have been better for the kids. I would have liked to see more for the kids to do( maybe like a barrel train ride) outdoor rope course very run down with lots of poison ivy around course.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We hope you got a change to enjoy the min-golf, boat/bike rentals, gaga/basket/volley/pickle ball areas, fishing, huge jump pad, shuffleboard, playgrounds, and more. There are a few kid's games among the 20+ games in the arcade. We also do bingo and hayrides on weekends. Happy Kamping.

Very helpful staff. We called ahead to say we would be late arrivals and they were very helpful, even providing an extra electric cord to assist us. We arrived to still have an escort to the site which was very helpful ( the site was small and might have been difficult to find alone). It was fine for our van once in however. We would gladly stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. Always available with a smiling face. The amenities are hands down the best. Ice cream hour was a big hit for our campers. The campground is clean, quiet and family friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we plan to come again.

while I setting up the AC & ref. would not work. Come to find out the 30 amp breaker was off, once I reset the breaker everything work. My bad for not checking. This was your first time camping in two years because of covid.

Our site was so uneven we were unable to level our coach. The automatic levelers couldn't adjust for the slope. We used blocks under each leveler pad and were still unable to come close to level. Very frustrating when room doors, cupboard doors and drawers won't stay in position because of the tilt.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We offered you a guide in but you declined, and parked half on the stone and half on the grass. The site you were in is extremely easy to level when you are in it correctly. There is a 40' RV in there as I type this nice and level with no issue at all. Happy Kamping.

First time at a KOA. Facilities were clean and well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Not the best fit for our liking. Not a complaint, just not for us. Great for families, especially with children. Thank you for the hospitality!

We ended up camping in tents the wettest weekend of the summer. That being said it was a very poor design or possibly just bad decision by staff knowing the rain that was coming to out us in our tents at the lowest level tent spots!!!! We got all the water (like a pond dumped into and under and around our tents!!!! Not a good experience. tent sites should be on the high ground not bottom of hill!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry for your wet experience, but please understand that when you get 5-6" of rain there is not much we can do. Local roads were closed, houses flooded out, etc., it was just an extreme amount of water in a short time. That is very unusual for this time of year.

We had a nice camp site, and loved the pool. We camped at the KOA as we vended at the Canandaigua Arts and craft show and would stay again if we decide to do the show again. We are more likely to come back and bring my Grandchildren just for fun because of all the activities!

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
