Very impressive set of activity areas for guests of all ages. All sites are easy in and out. The owners are energetic and very willing to help.

It was a safe, clean, and quiet campground. The office staff was very helpful. I checked in just about when the office was closing but they were able to help me and give my some great options for dinner. I was traveling alone and will definitely but this on my list for a future stay. We will be back :-)

It's a wonderful place! Clean, friendly, well laid out. Great leadership and hosting! Seems like lots going on! (We were only there for one night.) We really appreciated the late check-in process. The campsite we were assigned for our tent was awesome -- under lots of trees and spacious! Thanks!

The owners are so attentive and kind! The grounds are well kept and the activities are plenty. The kids would live on the jump pad if we let them!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff and guests were all kind and friendly. We primarily seek out campgrounds that are less attractive to families with children but even the kids were very well behaved. Additionally, we found the upkeep and maintenance of the entire place to be top notch.

Koa is a very nice place to camp the staff is friendly and very nice and it nice because there is a dog park for the dogs this last time we stayed we had brought are 3 month old shitzu poodle mix with us and he enjoyed it and was really good we will be coming back next year again

It was excellent, the place was clean and we'll managed, polite staff and well maintained spaces. The fire pits are too shallow is my only complaint

We had a Great time! We even bought the membership definitely will be back! Vic,Dottie and John Great people. As well as Kenny ice cream amazing he had me try 2 flavors lol!! Everyone very friendly!!

Loved it , pool & bath rooms were clean, people were nice , food was good ! Whish the site was bigger, they really pac them in. We will be back. : )

Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a situation at home, but I was impressed by the variety of activities at the campground. The office staff were all courteous and helpful. I hope we can return at some point.

I stay here every year. I stayed recently, during a continuous rainfall. The problem I ran into- KOA’s electric box “blew up”. There were no fuses in the store so only one of my outlets was working. It was not the best of circumstances with wet weather and electric limitations. The guys put in a new electric box- took all day. They were very nice and hard working! Wish you had fuses

My kids love all of the activities that there are. Everything was clearly scheduled and posted, and everything was clean and orderly.

For these 2 days we were in a back in W/E site. It was probably a tent site but our small TT fit. Not a lot of grass so it was a lot of grit & mud tracked into camper. Mosquitos were pretty bad this year. Most likely will not stay in this site again, sorry. Excellent staff at this KOA & new pool was great!

Storm caused tree to drop branches on our tent and made holes so the rain came flooding into the tent.. and the pole of our canopy broke.. from the tree branches Falling on it

Unfortunately storms happen, and this was a very strong one. The small branch that came down made a small hole in your tent. I'm sure you can understand there is nothing we can do about the weather.

Here is what I didn't like: Grown men drinking beer and playing football in the over- crowded family pool: dogs in the restroom: loud music playing during the day and radio playing all night. What I did like is the considerate behavior of 99% of the packed- in campers: many activities for kids: clean restrooms: friendly, caring, helpful workers with a great attitude.

It was the hottest weekend of the year, so yes the pool was busy. If there is music after 10pm please call the after hours number and we would have happily addressed it ASAP. As you mentioned 99% of the campers are awesome, we can't be everywhere all the time, please alert us of any problems.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, facilities were clean and in good condition, there were a good variety of things to do, however, many of them were at an additional cost. There are many other KOAs that don't charge for those, which is why we would elect to go to those over this location.

The amenities were perfect for our grandchildren’s first camping experience. We stayed at a tent site, and was surprised by how close the sites are to each other. The staff was extremely responsive! On the second night, a camper set up after 10pm and was very noisy-

The campground was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very well kept up and very clean. There were so many activities to choose from which was a pleasant surprise! The staff was so friendly and professional and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely return and stay at this campgrounds! Thank you very much!

The staff and experience was outstanding! The only reason we withheld a star was bc one night there was a band playing at the pavilion and they didn’t stop until 10:30! The sites were full and yet there were maybe 20 people total under the pavilion so I feel confident we weren’t the only ones disturbed by this. We love music and if it had been 4-8p or even until 9, it would have been fine.

We're glad you had a good time. Our duet acoustic music group played one last song and was on until 10:14pm, just little past our 10pm quite hour. When that song was done they promptly shutdown. Happy Kamping.

Very helpful staff. We called ahead to say we would be late arrivals and they were very helpful, even providing an extra electric cord to assist us. We arrived to still have an escort to the site which was very helpful ( the site was small and might have been difficult to find alone). It was fine for our van once in however. We would gladly stay here again.

We ended up camping in tents the wettest weekend of the summer. That being said it was a very poor design or possibly just bad decision by staff knowing the rain that was coming to out us in our tents at the lowest level tent spots!!!! We got all the water (like a pond dumped into and under and around our tents!!!! Not a good experience. tent sites should be on the high ground not bottom of hill!

We are sorry for your wet experience, but please understand that when you get 5-6" of rain there is not much we can do. Local roads were closed, houses flooded out, etc., it was just an extreme amount of water in a short time. That is very unusual for this time of year.

We had a nice camp site, and loved the pool. We camped at the KOA as we vended at the Canandaigua Arts and craft show and would stay again if we decide to do the show again. We are more likely to come back and bring my Grandchildren just for fun because of all the activities!

Wish the weather would have been a little bit nicer because we didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amentities that it offered. Our site was beautiful until it rained and washed us out. Staff was very friendly! We hope to be back soon to try out the pool, and mini golf that we weren't allowed to do this time around.

Very nice campground liked that there were lots of activities for the kids even though it rained the entire time we were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade. Would definitely recommend to others. Plenty to do in this area.

The staff were extremely friendly, the campground was beautiful and clean, even the campers were friendly and there was lots of activities to do throughout the day! We loved our stay, as did our fur babies. We’ll definitely be coming back!! �

We being going there for 3 years ,and we love it ,is a very nice place ,beautiful pool clean and warm water ,bathroom very clean and the best part is the people who works there they are very friendly, treat us like family we already made reservations for 2022 ,100 recommended!!!!!

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
