My family loved their stay in 4 of your cabins! There’s a lot to keep the kids entertained & a beautiful pool that we all enjoyed! Cabins & bathrooms were very clean & all staff was very friendly. Our only problem was the refrigerator quit & we had to throw out our food that was in it. Other than that, we had a great time!

Always a pleasure to camp at this KOA campground. The family that has this particular campground always go above and beyond to make sure your stay was what you expected!

Wish the weather would have been a little bit nicer because we didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amentities that it offered. Our site was beautiful until it rained and washed us out. Staff was very friendly! We hope to be back soon to try out the pool, and mini golf that we weren't allowed to do this time around.

Only stayed overnight but everyone was very nice. Unfortunately it rained so couldn’t make use of a lot of the amenities but I would definitely stay again

We had a very nice visit. The campground was beautiful. Everyone was pleasant. Our site was larger than expected. We'll be back!

Very nice campground liked that there were lots of activities for the kids even though it rained the entire time we were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade. Would definitely recommend to others. Plenty to do in this area.

The campground is very well taken care of, and is located in a nice area. There were just several things that will keep us from staying again. 1) Only accept Visa and Mastercard. 2) The most rules we've ever encountered at a KOA. 3) The sites are extremely short with a large slope at the front. A 3/4 ton truck and 28 foot trailer would not fit, we would reserve a different class of site.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The 4 sites you speak of are about 55' long, a ~28' TT and truck camp there almost everyday for 7 months with no issues. We do offer larger patio big rig & back in sites. Our rules are very simple for happy kamping. Safe Travels.

Very nice campground. Pull thru sites are a bit tight to park tow car. Everyone was very nice and helpful!! Pond was great especially when ascent lights on at night.

The staff was incredibly friendly! We love this KOA because it has so much to do and offer and it’s smaller atmosphere is perfect for camping. You never get that “overcrowded” feeling like some campsites.

The staff were extremely friendly, the campground was beautiful and clean, even the campers were friendly and there was lots of activities to do throughout the day! We loved our stay, as did our fur babies. We’ll definitely be coming back!! �

It is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. The staff are very courteous and really want to do whatever they could to make our stay great and fun.

Sites need a little TLC. The gentleman who parked us told us more than once that we couldn’t park on the grass or put our mat out on the grass. Because it was raining, we put a small mat out which was partly on the grass. When we went out they moved it under our Motorhome. It seemed we had the only site where this wasn’t allowed. Everyone else was allowed mats on grass and to park on the gra

You put out a thick rubber mat, that we moved after 3 days because the grass was yellow. When parking I suggested the RV be placed in the rear of the site VS the front so your door would be on stone, but you did not. Due to the extrema rain, we allowed a few lower areas to have small mats out.

Vehicles parked too close to road. Small sites. Poor dog walking space. Otherwise, up to Kia standards.

We hope you got a chance to see all our site types, you may enjoy a big-rid patio sites or larger back in-sites. We have a fenced in-dog park with toys, not sure what else it would need? Happy Kamping.

Great amenities. I wish they were open all day but I understand they are short staffed. The staff was very friendly. The restrooms and showers were clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy our time at this koa. We like all that the park offers to us. We met our neighbor camper and really got along so well that we both made reservations to come back to the same sites next 4th of July.

There are lots of fun activities for kids/families at this KOA, but we were pretty disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. We had a two room cabin that had a dirty floor, complete with squished chocolate. Our cabin also came with a terrible smell that we had to endure for our entire visit.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We promptly went to check the cabin after this review and only found a piece of gum with no smells. Regardless, PLEASE let the office know of any problems while you're here and we'll happily address them ASAP. We're not perfect but would be happy to fix anything we may have missed, Happy Kamping.

We had a wonderful time at the Canandaigua KOA. The facilities were well maintained and the staff very courteous and accommodating. Our daughter especially enjoyed nightly unicorn ice cream ����.

We being going there for 3 years ,and we love it ,is a very nice place ,beautiful pool clean and warm water ,bathroom very clean and the best part is the people who works there they are very friendly, treat us like family we already made reservations for 2022 ,100 recommended!!!!!

It was my first time camping without my family and I had such an amazing time the staff very very friendly. I loved the site I had and love that I was able to have water and electric in my site. I will be booking an other stay.

We had a very good time! The pool was excellent especially on a hot day. Really liked the dog run. Only drawback was not being able to use our mat on the ground. Grass was long and buggy. Other than that no complaints. Will be back next time we are in the Rochester area.

Thanks for Kamping with us. Yes we have a carpet rule where we ask you to keep them off the grass. Please understand that a carpet can easily kill the grass under in one day if it's hot and sunny. All our grass is cut weekly or bi-weekly and it was probably about 4" long. Happy Kamping.

The staff was very visible throughout my stay, welcoming us upon arrival and directing us to our site. We love not having golf carts around. Lots of reasonably-priced or free activities and amenities. The campground and surrounding area is beautiful with lots of nearby attractions. Will definitely return.

We've now stayed here several times, and have enjoyed our stay each time. Everyone in the office is cheerful and helpful. I had an issue at one point with the site I was in, and they arranged for a different site for my last night. They have also gone out of their way to fit us in when we have had a last minute change of plans.

We had an amazing time! My three boys didn’t want to leave. They enjoyed riding bikes, playing on the zipline and obstacle course, swimming, jumping on the bounce pad, and much more! The owners are super nice people� Definitley going back next year!

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
