Beautiful campground. Want to return when we can spend more time. Our hosts were great! We arrived late but they were still there and had already checked us in and they led us to our camping spot which was great!

The campground was very clean and I have never met a staff so friendly and helpful! The owners are absolutely wonderful and they really care about their camper and really genuinely want you to enjoy your stay, we booked multiple more time because we were so impressed and I usually don’t like koa campgrounds cause I think they are overrated but this one was just perfect!

Great KOA to stay at. My kids love the bouncy house they put out and love the slushie machine inside the store. Alot of sight seeing to do close by.

Koa is a very nice place to camp the staff is friendly and very nice and it nice because there is a dog park for the dogs this last time we stayed we had brought are 3 month old shitzu poodle mix with us and he enjoyed it and was really good we will be coming back next year again

Beautiful campground. Only 4 stars because it was off season and amenities couldn't be used or reviewed. Very nice hosts. Hope to be back for more than an overnight!

We made reservations in January for a premium pull through site for our 45' motorhome. When we arrived we were put in a small pull through that had electric and water hook ups on the wrong side of the coach, and were told to "just pull your hose and power cables under your coach to the other side. Really? I later found out there were 100' pull throughs in another section with proper hook ups .

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You were able to hook-up to all your utilities with no extensions, but it may have required an extra 30 seconds. You were provided exactly what you booked, 2 patio sites together. No where on your reservation did we promise a 100' patio site. Due to a group you got the last 2 patio sites in January.

Love the campground, it is friendly, clean & well maintained. We were very discouraged by lack of knowledge by a staff member that resulted in an extra $10 unnecessarily when my in-laws came to visit around 830 pm. When a kid drove around in a golf cart, I purposely asked about cost for guests and he said $5 a CAR. We wouldn't have had them visit had we known they would have to pay $15 for 1.5 hr

Glad you had a great time. Our guests policies are clearly listed in our rules and told to each guest when checking in.

Parents allowed children to continue to run and yell well after curfew. Staff tried to quiet them. Sad for the staff. Parents should be penalized.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

During our 10pm security rounds we noticed a few kids running around. We kindly told them to return to their sites, which they did. We're all here to have fun and relax but also need to respect our neighbors. I'm not quite sure "penalizing" is really necessary in this case. Happy Kamping.

Lovely campground. Couple “rangers”… a bit too much to deal with. Several campers were also complaining about their overbearing behaviors. That’s the main flaw at this KOA.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have very simple rules for happy kamping that insure everyone respects their neighbors. If you disagree with our rules that a ranger had to point out, this may just not be the campground for you. There are literally hundreds of reviews that say the exact opposite about our staff. Safe Travels.

We had a great time!! Very clean and pretty park! We had, the pleasure of meeting Dottie and John and you can tell that they take great pride in their park.Super nice people, from Sally at the front desk and Bill, who showed us to our site. They all were very helpful,, in any way we needed!! Great place!! We’ll be back.

Everything was great! I had specifically asked for Cabin 6 on the phone when making the reservation...when we arrived we were told we had Cabin 4. But you were able to switch us back to Cabin 6, so that made us very happy! September was a nice time to arrive, especially during the weekdays, because it was not so crowded. Thank you!

We have stayed there before but this time we were there on a medical emergency for my 92-year-old mother . We had no idea how long we would need to stay.We paid thru September 21.Victor encouraged us to stay to the end of September. Wewere able to leave on the morning of the 16th we were quite shocked To be told there were no refunds for the five days that we weren’t going to be there and we

We really enjoy this area and this campground is perfect location for what we like to do - bike, visit breweries and wineries, and walk at the lakes. Well kept campground with nice sized sites. We have stayed there two years now and have really liked both sites. It’s one of our faves.

Great location close to finger lakes and the wine country!! Very nice campground surrounding a pond. Showers/restrooms cleanest around. Plenty of activities on the grounds. Puppy play area great idea. Staff and campers were all very friendly. Definitely stay again when in the area.

We spent 6 nights here as part of a group rally. This KOA has a lot of activities for families and does make sure quiet hours are observed. There were a variety of campers--big rigs, small trailers, tents and all were enjoying their experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful--thank you, Victor!

We were able to stay only one night and it was a great experience. We didn’t have reservations as we were traveling home to Phoenix. Victor and Kathy were so welcoming and gave us a spot by the pond and it was beautiful. The grounds and facilities are very well keep. Victor and Kathy were friendly as were their staff. They showed us great places to see in the area and we can’t wait to return.

It was our first stay at a KOA and our first stay in the Cnandaigua Region. We were thrilled with the big rig spaces with patios and loved the glider. Place was neat and clean and lots of things to do.

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
