Vehicles parked too close to road. Small sites. Poor dog walking space. Otherwise, up to Kia standards.

We hope you got a chance to see all our site types, you may enjoy a big-rid patio sites or larger back in-sites. We have a fenced in-dog park with toys, not sure what else it would need? Happy Kamping.

Great amenities. I wish they were open all day but I understand they are short staffed. The staff was very friendly. The restrooms and showers were clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy our time at this koa. We like all that the park offers to us. We met our neighbor camper and really got along so well that we both made reservations to come back to the same sites next 4th of July.

We had a wonderful time at the Canandaigua KOA. The facilities were well maintained and the staff very courteous and accommodating. Our daughter especially enjoyed nightly unicorn ice cream ����.

It was my first time camping without my family and I had such an amazing time the staff very very friendly. I loved the site I had and love that I was able to have water and electric in my site. I will be booking an other stay.

We had a very good time! The pool was excellent especially on a hot day. Really liked the dog run. Only drawback was not being able to use our mat on the ground. Grass was long and buggy. Other than that no complaints. Will be back next time we are in the Rochester area.

Thanks for Kamping with us. Yes we have a carpet rule where we ask you to keep them off the grass. Please understand that a carpet can easily kill the grass under in one day if it's hot and sunny. All our grass is cut weekly or bi-weekly and it was probably about 4" long. Happy Kamping.

The staff was very visible throughout my stay, welcoming us upon arrival and directing us to our site. We love not having golf carts around. Lots of reasonably-priced or free activities and amenities. The campground and surrounding area is beautiful with lots of nearby attractions. Will definitely return.

We've now stayed here several times, and have enjoyed our stay each time. Everyone in the office is cheerful and helpful. I had an issue at one point with the site I was in, and they arranged for a different site for my last night. They have also gone out of their way to fit us in when we have had a last minute change of plans.

Satisfactory. We weren't told that there was no cable when we made reservation. Should have been told.

Thanks for Kamping with us. As you can imagine, it is impossible for us to go over every single thing we offer or cannot offer over the phone. We do get about 15-20 air stations and you can stream with our WIFI. Happy Kamping.

This was our second time camping here. We had a really great time. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. Clean and well maintained. Planning for next years visit.

A little off the Thruway, but it was a lovely park. We had a beautiful site with a new patio. I wish we were staying more than the night. The hiking trail was fun for my moring run, They even have a zip line.

Always clean and friendly. Love the obstacle course, pool and playground. Great location for my local friends and family to visit me while I’m in town, close to anything you might need when traveling with small children and plenty for the kids to do.

It was a good park and good camping spot. One problem is that everything, and I mean everything thing shuts down at 8pm, even though the sun does not set until much later.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The pool, jump pad, store, mini-golf, and bike/boat rentals are open until 8pm daily. You can still enjoy the gameroom, playgrounds, gaga/volley/basket/pickleball, fishing pond, obstacle course, etc. until our 10pm quiet hour. Happy Kamping.

Welcoming staff, good amenities, and convenient location to visit family. But extremely small site (17) that filled with rain water. Location of fire ring is right next to the road because there is no room on the site. You squeezed too many sites into this row.

We hope you got a chance to see all of our site types, you may prefer a more spacious big rig or back in site. We had a tremendous about of rain which is unusual for our area,(over an inch per hour) especially for this time of year. Happy Kamping.

Very nice. Could have done without the wake up announcements at 9am as we would have liked to sleep in until 10a People were very friendly and the park was clean with stuff for the kids to do. We don’t have kids but I’m sure they had fun The pool was clean and well kept. Too bad it wasn’t heated

Always a great time!! Lots of activities for the kids, great catch & release fishing pond. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and reasonably accommodating.

Staff has a problem with African-American.We get there to check in a gentleman rudely states"you to earlier to check in.I just had a question(we new campers).Left came back around 2 p.m.Front desk checked us in, showed me a map stated "follow the map to Park".We were lost,no help from staff.Once parked we noticed they assisted all the other campers (white Caucasian) on golf cart to there location.

We're sorry if it came off rude stating that you were early, but you came in at 10am and check-in is at 1pm, your site was occupied. You were not guided because site 10 is directly behind the office (the first and closest) with no obstacles. This had ABSOUTELY nothing to do with race.

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
