Overnight stay. 42ft 5th wheel with F350 long bed dually. Space was right on the main road parallel to it. Easy getting in but not so much when leaving. Several guys helped to get us on the road. Otherwise, it was a great place to stop for the night.

Only spent 1 night at the campsite but very pleased with the customer service when checking into the park. Nice quiet park, would recommend to any other camper.

Sadly our stay was only two nights. We would have loved to stay longer. We loved the activities and overall feel of your property. It truly was a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I had many sites we wanted to visit in the area of Canandaigua. We could not have had a more positive experience while staying in your KOA. It was beautiful and well maintained. The spaces were comfortably designed. Your staff were friendly and helpful. We are so grateful for the time we called the Canandaigua/Rochester KOA home!

Lovely, exquisitely maintained campground. Super friendly and helpful staff. Extra points for having an air hose readily available. I especially enjoyed the absence of golf carts racing around.

The site 47 is an awesome site. Close to the store and playground. The only problem we had was that we ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings dinner for our granddaughter and the burger was still raw in the middle. She couldn't eat it. But other than that we really enjoyed our time. Staff in the office is always so helpful and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful place you have created.

We had a great time at the Canandaigua/Rochester KOA. The owners and staff were wonderful and attentive. The campground was in perfect shape - the sites were well manicured and the bathrooms were well maintained. We were late in the season so some of the amenities were closed (pool, jump pad, etc.) but this park had much to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

A very nice KOA. Sites are a little close together where we were. Convenient to a lot of attractions around there. The owners are very friendly.

Would have rated higher but their so called high speed WIFI was terrible. They have no cable so streaming was to be used for TV but connection was so poor streaming was out of the question. At best this was the worst WIFI I have experienced in a KOA and I have been to several throughout the country. Also if you get put back towards the back expect to get overrun with stink bugs.

We reached out to this camper, he did not click the "Free Access" button as stated in our WIFI directions. This is like a password & without it you can not access our public network. Please let the office know of any problems while you're here and we'd be happy to help.

We stayed one night on the way through New York. Staff was friendly and efficient at check in. Site was clean and level. Ez on and off I-90. Will definitely stay here again.

Camped with another couple for wine tasting. First time at the campground, off season. More adults than kids so it was quiet. Friendly staff, helpful, so my husband and I booked for 3 weekends next year. With the pool open and other things to do we will get a great idea about this place. So far first impression sold us on it. Great rates. Easy ride from the thruway!

We stayed over on our way to Vermont so didn’t use many amenities but would definitely return as the area has lots to offer. Very courteous staff and friendly atmosphere. Appreciated the visual presence of staff, very comforting.

This was our best stay at any KOA. The staff was friendly, there were many activities for my daughter to participate in, so much to do. We really cannot speak highly enough about how great our stay was. From the walking trails, to the arcade, the tennis courts to the dog park and everything in between. The bicycles were our favorite part. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

KOA extended their cafe hours this year which was appreciated. The bingo game on Saturday evening was a blast! Great people everywhere at this place!

Although the grounds were beautiful and the staff pleasant and efficient, the campsites were just to close together for my taste. KOA always offers a safe and secure environment and the standards are usually the same. Just a little more space between guests would be awesome.

We are truly Happy Campers! This was our last camping trip of the season and the kids were bummed that it was going to rain all weekend. However, we had a GREAT time regardless of the weather! It was one of their Halloween weekend celebrations and the owners at this KOA did a wonderful job with the calendar of events and everyone was sooooo friendly and helpful starting from the moment we pulled in. The kids painted pumpkins, played bingo and won 🥇, and had a ton of fun trick or treating. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners put their all into this place. We have been here 3 times this year and always have had an amazing time. Our kids always have so much fun with all of their activities.
