Great stay. One suggestion would be to include a mini fridge in the cabins. The cabin was perfect for us, AC was wonderful to come back to after a day out. Staff was awesome as always.

It is a great place to camp. The employees were always willing to help with anything they could. The pool and entertainment was spectacular. The views of the sunsets on the sound side and the sunrise on the ocean side was simply beautiful!

3rd stay here. We love the location and amenities but this stay it appeared they were lacking recreation staff for activities and events which was a let down for my daughter but overall it was a good time. I would suggest a staff person at the pool near the slides as kids were constantly climbing all over the slides and essentially causing a potential safety hazards.

Campers too close together. My neighbors waste pipe was right in our grass area. Firepit very close to our canopy.

We had the spot that backed up to the dunes. It was beautiful waking up and having the ocean steps away from your rv. The pool was great! Nights at the tiki bar was fun. Definitely going back!

FUll hook up to us includes sewer hook up not dump station, young kids driving golf carts unlicensed up and down narrow roads without adult and the internet is horrible, check in said we could sit there because it was better. No thanks. We would have to be hard pressed to spend our money there again.

I have been coming to this location since 2003, and have stayed at different sites (RV, tent site, deluxe cabin and cabin). I would highly recommend cape hatteras KOA but was surprised how understaffed the sites were. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and there were less activities for kids and youth. I hope the KOA campsite can be brought back to what it used to be. I‘ll come back next year.

It was absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving early because how gross the cabin and bathrooms are. I even called and made complaints and nothing got better. Will never stay there again which is a shame because I have been there many times over the years.

I’ll start on a positive note. The staff was very friendly and the facility is close to the beach. Besides that the spaces are entirely too close. The bathrooms were coed and the doors on two that I know of would not shut and one was out of order. They were not cleaned. Tons of hair in the drain and gnats all over. I would not come back to this location and we left after the first night.

We had a great time. Didn’t get to do many activities, but we enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Room was unclean, much dust and dirt under beds. Wi-fi was never available. Told it was new service. Could never get on. Doors to balcony we both broken, had to use a chair to prop door to be sure I could re-enter. Nobody checked my room to see if I needed anything.my stay cost $800+ and certainly felt it was extremely over priced. Thank you

The campground was very nice. Pool was beautiful. Guest services escort was very friendly and helpful. Our only concern was with the front desk - we visited more than once (checking in, buying ice, etc..) and the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly and did not go out of their way to be particularly helpful. Otherwise we had a great time and will visit OBX again.

First time glamper, we really enjoyed our visit. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The bathrooms/ pool were clean. We were able to wash and dry clothes. The staff were always happy! We came to relax, and KOA provided that for sure. We scheduled another visit for October. Thank you for such a nice visit !

The pool area and Sheila’s kitchen was amazing! Staff was overall friendly. The cabins I thought were a little yucky because of ants and some bugs. The staff very quickly addressed the ant issue when we first arrived. The bathrooms I thought could have been cleaner.

Sites are small and plain. We were in the 400 sites side by side with our daughter, son in law and grandkids. The close proximity to the beach made up for anything else.

Our A/C in our cabin wasn't working properly. They sent someone to look at it but they couldn't fix it. I asked if we could be moved to another cabin and they not only moved us to another cabin but it was even bigger than the one we had originally booked! We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely I love this place! Year after year the environment is more familiar. The staff are very attentive. The showers need to be repaired, I hope that next summer they will be better. See you 2022�. Thankfully!!

We had a very enjoyable stay and have the highest compliments for the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile. This spot will definitely be a repeat in our travels.

Loved our stay so much we’re already booking our next visit. On the beach but short drive to empty, wide open beaches if you want to avoid others. Only recommendation would be to clean the restrooms / showers more often and fix all the shower doors.

We loved being close to the beach and having a nice grassy site for my dog. The campground, pool, and facilities were always clean. Can't wait to come back again!

Loved it, great amenities and location! Only note, bathrooms ran out of toilet paper in the evenings and could have used another cleaning around that time. Overall though, loved it!

Stayed in deluxe cabin 1442. Overall it was nice. There were electrical issues. Some plugs and lights didn’t work (microwave and main bedroom tv plugs weren’t working; kitchen lights didn’t work). It would be nice to have somewhere to store your clothing. The site and amenities were great. Lots of laundry machines. Very clean. Lots of activities. The on-site restaurant was good.

The cabin we reserved had been advertised as having Wifi and tv. Neither of these amenities were available. The cabin seemed to have foundation issues; the entire building was slanted. There was an ant infestation in the cabin that forced us to discard half of our groceries. The sewage was subpar; water had flooded our lawn and street because the campground pumped all of the water to our location.

Awesome customer service. The bathrooms/showers were subpar. The first two days the bathrooms had not been touched: dead flies all over the sinks, most toilets had no tp, floors dirty. I let the office know, minus the floors, it changed. Next two days women’s BR smelled like poop. So they weren’t checking. Showers: all doors won’t shut/open easily, scary thinking I might not get the door ope

We had a wonderful time. We had a mix of weather while we were there but the staff at Cape Hatteras were great. Took care of all our needs. We will definitely try to come back.

The entire campground flooded to the point that we could not easily or safely get out of our camper. We were told that pallets would be brought so we could get out of our camper, but that never happened. We have water damage b/c of flooding. The sites are very crammed. While trying to park, a fifth wheel backed into our truck causing major damage. Management was not responsive or helpful.

No shade. Crowded and sites are close together. Bath house was ok but the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. On the beach. Not many food options nearby.

Loves this Koa! Their shower house is the best shower house we have experienced at a campground! The lovely lady in front office is sweet as pie :) and the dog park was always nice and clean for our precious fur babies
