We love it here! They are always so quick to accommodate. There is so much to do for kids, adults and seniors. This was our second time back in two weeks. We brought my parents, who are almost 80 and their favourite part was the water fight! It is definitely a great place to make memories! We will most definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, restful and had a nice vibe too it it was fun watching kids - young and old alike on the go cart type bikes, watching people swimming in the pool and seeing the dogs play at the dog park. Stars were highly visible and shooting stars too. Fire wood was nice and dry and burned really well. The pizza available for order was nice too

We had a great weekend, with bingo, mini-golf, bike rides, swimming and trivia contests. It was a fun-filled weekend supported by fantastic employees. we can't wait to visit again. Soon!!!

My wife and I have stayed at a number of campgrounds since they have been allowed to reopen. Practically all of them had limited activities due to the pandemic. Cardinal KOA is the exception. Karen, Daniel and their team have managed to develop and adapt activities to keep young and old engaged and entertained. Kudos for a job well done. We will be back this summer.

Définitivement trop dispendieux! Prix payé beaucoup trop cher 81$ pour 2 adultes avec un enfant par rapport aux services. Pas de possibilité d'aller à la piscine, pas d’égouts ni de dalle de béton justifiant un tarif aussi élevé. Nos amis avec 3 enfants ont dû débourser 92$ pour les mêmes services. Il est rare de payer plus de 50$ pour un deux services. Terrains de bonne dimension cep

Campground is off the path a bit which adds to the charm. Once there you realize the owners have thought of everything to entertain your kids. Also the service is friendly, professional and clean. The management asked who was with us and then explained all the best areas of the camp for fun. Even for our 200lb great dane. We found this campground by accident and will definitely comeback.

Outstanding quality, service and client obsessed experience at a KOA. Owner, Daniel and his second in command, Samantha are not only hard working, they are very good at anticipating client needs and potential issues. The owner went above and beyond to help us resolve a serious waste management issue that would have, if unresolved, cut our vacation short.This KOA is one of the best in North America

Staff was amazing..friendly polite... Made Covid camping...well it was like normal camping..the pool bring quartered worked great and made it safe. Our family is in health care and this escape was needed.. your team reset our stress levels.. Great team at this site!!!

Very nice and clean! And the staff was very nice and friendly. Lots of activities and things for the kids as well! Don’t love the 11 PM quiet hour but totally understand because families do go to sleep earlier and do not want the noise.

We had a fabulous time. We felt safe and impressed with all of the cleaning and sanitizing. I understand the pool situation and all the regulations with Covid, but we found ourselves quite bored throughout the day. I think a place with a lake would have kept the kids busy or some activities. The staff were fabulous, there were a couple that could’ve been friendlier. The cabin was amazing.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. There were multiple activities for the children to entertain themselves and despite the Covid restrictions, we had a wonderful time away. The cabin was very clean as well as the site and the campground. Great place!

no problem but the covid-19 rule makes us uncomfortable when in store we must use masks that is all and everythings of KOA is satisfying with us and we will call when we need more relaxed but we will travel twice to Orangeville for two our grandson's wedding.... Anyway we surely fell comfortable ...Thank you for your good service etc... Blessed Andre

We were more than pleased with the cleanliness of our cabin. It was very well equipped, located and was perfect in every way. The staff was very helpful, polite and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I have to say was that my son and his friend wanted to play minigolf around 6pm on Sunday and were unable to do so because the office was already closed.

I was impressed by the organization/professionalism of all the staff. The bracelets and pool online booking system worked very well and were easy to use. I did find the front location of our lodge to be quite noisy but know that can't be controlled (the location would be perfect for those where close proximity to amenities was essential). Show difference (front/back lodges) in advance of booking.

This was our very first camping adventure in our new RV, Very friendly and helpful staff. All public areas were very clean. Would have liked more trees and privacy on our campsite but the trees that were on our site were beautiful mature trees. The owners of this campground were very Covid safe, Thank you for that!

Great fun. Safe for the kids. LOVED the waterfight!! (I will be better prepared next time) Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff was super friendly. The whole experience felt remarkably "normal" during these Covid times. Kudos to the staff!

Everything the owners and staff did to make us feel comfortable was amazing. They abided by all distancing rules but still made the experience a lot of fun.

Cardinal KOA should give seminars on how to do things right during a pandemic. Tons of fun had, felt safe the whole time. Can't wait to go back.

We always enjoy our time with the KOA Cardinal family and especially during these strange times, they did a great job to keep things running while feeling safe. It’s our favourite spot to go to. Hopefully next time we come we can get more pool time. We understand why the poll is limited, just hoping for more splash time. We love this place....

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
