Another great stay at the KOA! Staff are amazing, facilities were clean and well maintained and great activities for the kids. Stayed with two other families in our 'bubble' and everyone had a blast! Will camp here again soon!

We had discovered the KOA Campgrounds in Cardinal last summer in 2019 . We were really surprised and blown away by all that they have to offer . The logging is beautiful, your surroundings are peaceful and your kids will be kept busy all the time . They really know how to take care of all your needs down to the tiniest detail. Our family loves going every year .

This was our first time using our travel trailer. The staff were great to help us with any questions or problems we ran into. Facilities were very clean and they do a great job of keeping families physically distanced for the pandemic.

It was our second visit, so we knew it was going to be a fun weekend, but I was thrilled to see that lots of socially distanced activities (e.g.: water gun battle, radio bingo and trivia, the bubble drop by family, etc.) were still taking place. So many campgrounds have cancelled all activities & our kids have already missed so much thanks to COVID, so this was great! Thank you! We'll be back!

Very friendly staff and very family oriented. Loved this campground and my kids had a blast time. Thank you so much and we hope to be back!

Very enjoyable! Lots for the kids to do... Cabins were spotless and much better then expected! Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Beyond our expectations. Our children had a wonderful time, the facility was extremely covid safe & the accommodations were meticulously clean. They truly thought of everything and it make for a terrific holiday.

We had a great stay! Bathrooms were very clean lots of things to do very friendly staff our only complaint would be another tenter allowing there toddler to scream for over an hour at 5am but that's by no means the campgrounds fault! We will definitely be returning it was an amazing family break and a nice distraction during this pandemic!

We loved camping there. The owners were fantastic and super friendly (our pup Charlie loved the attention). The campground was well maintained and the way that they ensured everyone stayed safe was amazing. Love the idea of texting if needing anything and the radio station bingo! We will definitely be booking in 2021! Thank you for making this years vacation extra relaxing!

Best KOA we have stayed at in North America. Staff were excellent, washrooms very clean, very organized. Having a pizza truck and chip wagon on site makes for good business. Internet advertised and actually worked on camp sites. We'll be staying here again.

We have stayed here many times. It is one of our favorite campgrounds. We would highly recommend this KOA. The place is exceptionally clean. The owners and staff are very friendly and are always there to help.

Even with the pandemic going on there was still tons to do they delivered a very fun time and we will keep going for years to come !! Love it there the staff is so friendly and they go out of their way to make things nice there

3+1 enjoyable nights. Friendly, helpful & hardworking staff, extremely clean facilities (washrooms, pool area, garbage shed, the whole park in general), well appointed with the usual KOA amenities. Two days of fun-filled events, mostly for the kids, over the long weekend. We tried to extend our stay but even though the park emptied on Monday our site was apparently only available one more night.

Staying in the lodge was great. Very clean except our bathroom had a smell. We just left the fan on and window open for the weekend and it helped. Staff was accommodating, pool time was well organized. Only thing I wish was for staff to clean the play structure occasionally. Not sure if they did or not since I never saw it while I stayed there.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we do sanitize the playgrounds every morning before they open and 1/2 through the day. We ask children to sanitizer their hands (supplied at each entrance) and wear a mask while on our play structures to ensure they stay safe. Hope to see you again soon.

It was a fantastic weekend. Even with all the new social distancing protocols, we did not feel like anything was missing from our weekend. Still a lot to do.

Our stay was very very pleasant.......the staff are so sociable and friendly....last weekend there was a tornado in and around this area and the staff did an excellent job advising campers on what to do..... Thank you Cardinal KOA

As always the Hosts and staff are doing exceptional service to the Kamping community with the Covid Pandemic situation. I truly enjoyed 88.9 playing non-stop 80's music and having fun with Bingo a Trivia. To the staff who quickly repaired a defect in the large dog park which my Beagle Dog escaped from, I was impressed with this service. Thanks

so well kept, so well organized with Bingo and Scavenger hunts, such nice staff, COVID set ups are perfect, 9pm rule for kids on site is not fair to young teens- maybe change to no bikes after dark/ pool, store, rentals all close far too early

We had a great weekend at your park, can't say enough about the staff, so helpfull and always ready to assist you in every way. Such a great place to stay...I recommend it to all my camping friends. Thanks to Karen and Dan and all their staff...........

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
