I was very impressed of how they were able to let us use all the facilities , and yet keep safe distancing in place.lots for kids to do.

Overall , it was very good.I was in a tent with wife and two boys under 5. The staff were helpful. Pretty quiet overall except for somebody with a trailer and a hammer rolling in at around 3am making some noise which probably should not have happened

Thank you for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the campers that arrived after our 11 pm cut off time. This rule is in place to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, some campers do not consider their impact on others or feel the rules don't apply. Travel Safely!

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure that all of their guests were comfortable and happy. During these times of Covid, I had some concerns about social distancing and other measures, but once I arrived all of these Concerns were alleviated. We will definitely be back.

We were very happy to make our annual trip to Cardinal KOA. We got a Deluxe Lodge so we could have our own bathroom and it was great. It had everything we needed. Everyone is doing their best to keep the campsite COVID-free. We were able to schedule the pool and splash pad easily and we enjoyed most of our favourite activities. We will definitely be back!

Parrk was very clean, staff were friendly but owner (Daniel) made it difficult to relax around campfire once kids went to bed without feeling as though you were being watched, he'd pop up out of nowhere, he was very very confrontational at times. My family & I will never return to this specific KOA as a result of his demeanor. He's the polar opposite of what we've experienced at other KOA parks

Our # 1 Rule: Quiet hours are very strictly enforced between 11pm and 8am. This is told to every guest that registers and is the first rule on our site map. We are not a party campground, we are a family campground and expect guests to act accordingly.

Beautiful friendly place. Staff were excellent. Measures put in place for social distancing are fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay. Will be back in the future.

We had the site j08 over the weekend and the kids had a blast. We were amazed by how clean the ground is and how seriously the staff are about implementing the covid rules. We were extremely comfortable and happy with the overall cleanliness and service.

Great 2 days well organized very impressed. Activities kept kids entertained and happy. One suggestion please buy non scented (fragrance free hand santixer and soap) I know its difficult to find hower I rather the rum smell as it evaporates faster than the fragrance. Thanks! Keep up the amazing work.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. This KOA is an A+++. The staff are so friendly and they are working so hard to adapt to the covid situation by keeping the grounds clean and safe. Their team have thought outside the box to keep as many activities going as possible. We loved the radio bingo and quiz - they made us laugh and have a great time as a family. We will return. Thank you!!

We stay at KOA Cardinal every summer. We love camping here. There is always so much for the kids to do and a really great family campsite. I always bring my daughter for a girls camping weekend and I always feel safe and I love how clean the facilities are. The staff is always working hard and are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended KOA Cardinal to all my friends.

Despite Covid restrictions, your location provided more fun & entertainment which was not expected. Quadrant sectioning of pool was genius. Fire restriction was pretty much non existent as guidelines were more than fair. Thank you, we will be back�

Great campground, clean, lots of activities and great staff. The owner Daniel ruined what would have been a wonderful vacation. He needs a personality and to stop lurking around trailers basically telling grown respectful adults to go to bed at 11pm. Very unfortunate, but we will never return.

This KOA has a lot of activities for families with children. However, if you want to sit by the campfire after 11pm and visit with other adults, it is not the place to stay. The owner even indicated to us that "we were giggling too loud". I would not recommend this place for adults getting away for a weekend.

We were in a deluxe cabin, it was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was helpful and polite.

The property is lovely. Pool and splash pad first rate. The only drawback was the lawn cutting and trimming noise which lasted almost the whole on the only good weather day we had. The lack of sewers is the only drawback. You can have the honey wagon for a price. Overall it is a good place to camp.

I’ve been to 3 or 4 KOA sites and I think this is my favourite. Very clean and super friendly people.

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
