Belle fin de semaine de l’action de grâces et Halloween. Chalet propre mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi - divan abîmé, ouvre-boîte qui ne fonctionne pas. Ca fait plusieurs années que nous venons à ce camping et ne sommes jamais déçus.

Had 4 cabins for family reunion over long weekend. We are the grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed time with three kids and seven grandchildren. They also had great time, enjoyed Halloween theme immensely. Haunted house a highlight.

Very enjoyable stay. We stayed in the cabins and everything was to our liking. It would be disappointing if there was no BINGO next year. It is really fun.

Absolutely wonderful. Just enough to keep kids of all ages occupied. Safe enough for parents to relax without worry. We had a perfect weekend!!!

Having sold our travel trailer rather suddenly we switched our reservation to a cabin. So happy we did! Cabin was fantastic with everything you could need. Well worth the money. We liked it so much and found the cost so reasonable that we booked again for next year!

The staff was helpful but a bit aggressive at times. We were told multiple times not to do certain things with an assumption and rude bedside manner without actually waiting to hear our response back. Also Covid protocols Weren’t really followed which is concerning since kids are the super spreaders. This falls down on the parents more so but a lot didn’t seem to care about enforcing.

Was very impressed at the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly. The haunted house and pumpkin walk have our family already looking forward to next year. Great job!

Fantastic service and activities! The cabin was spotless and well equiped! Very generous with the ice cream portions and the chocolate lovers plate! Everyone in my family thourouly enjoyed their weekend!

The staff was friendly, and quick to work out any issues, and the store was well stocked considering we were there the day after labour day. The cabin and campground was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome very well kept campground. Only complaint was we had a small cabin rented and constant kids running through our and neighbours sites going to and from playground. Maybe a fence between cabins and playground would help

This,was the nicest koa we have stayed in to date. The people working there were nothing short of fantastic. Their customer service was excellent & friendly at all times. I would recommend this park to everyone with or without kids. It was a fantastic family vacation!! The play areas, pool and splash pad entertained my busy 15 month old and 3 year old. The safety measures surrounding Covid are excellent. We felt safe and made so many happy memories!

We had a fantastic time! Our kids (3 and 10) had a blast in the pool and splashpad, on the bouncers, and on the playground equipment. We loved our cabin and all the conveniences that came with it. Staff were attentive and helpful, and the park was clean and safe. We will be back next summer!

We stayed in the lodge 2 nd year with my family the park is very family oriented and very clean and staff are firendly and efficent you can tell very strong management well done to them all thank you see you next year.

Last time we were there, there was a waterslide. We really missed it this time. It was still on the map on your website so we expected it and looked forward to it. We went to upper Canada village to pass the time which was lovely. I suspect it’s covid related that the waterslide wasn’t offered this time. If this was the case perhaps another activity could have been offered instead.

First time visiting. The staff were very helpful answering all my questions ahead of our stay. The cabins exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and the things provided to make our stay comfortable. So many great activities and services for a family to enjoy. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

We would have loved more time in the pool but we understand why we couldn't. We wish there were more activities for children. The beds were uncomfortable. We were there two nights. One night was better than the other. The pizza was undercooked. We wish we could have watched Fluke but it was unplayable. We love your pool, your bouncy, the candy, your chip wagon, the red bikes, cabin swing.

Amazing staff. So clean! This was our first KOA experience and will definitely not be our last visit at the KOA Cardinal! 11/10 for overall experience.

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
