It was very good family with 3 kids we rented the cabin everything was clean spacious and outside deck and bbq and firepit clean and spacious lots to do for kids and under this covid it was a great time you should be very proud of the owners and shows right down to the team members I work in retail and I know what it is like to always hear the negative and not to much possitive already can' wait

It was fantastic. Our cabin was clean and well equipped. The grounds had everything you could ask for, play structures, swimming pool, splash pad, mini golf, a bouncy pad, and a well stocked store. Lots of activities for the young, and the young at heart. I would definitely come again.

We had a deluxe cabin booked for two nights, and I forgot to pack dishes/cutlery for our stay. The staff were amazing and gathered a full set of dishes, cups, mugs and utensils for us to borrow - allowing us to avoid buying disposable kitchen stuff. Very much appreciated! When the staff goes the extra mile to make their campers’ stay more enjoyable, it makes a big difference!

We had a great time and were very pleased with the precautions you had in place. The cleanliness is beyond top-notch. Chip truck and pizza make mealtimes so much easier and fun for all of us. The highlight of our weekend (for us parents) was BINGO and Trivia... that guy was hilarious !!! And for the kids, bubble drop, the pool, and the bouncers. Thank you much, we'll be back.

We had a great stay. Tons of things for our kids to do. Your staff work extremely hard and should be acknowledged for the effort they put forth. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, organization and safety measures you put in place. Not once did we feel unsafe! Great work!

Was wonderful. Celebrated our daughters birthday. Was so much to do. Campground was run wonderfully, very clean, staff was very helpful & friendly. We were checked on & felt we could ask for assistance if we needed anything. wonderful time. We missed pizza pre-order and they still fit us in. Even with social distancing rules, everything ran smoothly. My daughter had the best birthday. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at the cardinal KOA. Considering Covid we felt extremely safe and confident. They have done an excellent job accommodating the new needs. Our children had a blast enjoying all the amenities. Thank you we will be back

Overall good experience. Little smaller in terms of overall land but It's a perfect place for family entertainment. Some of the staff was super friendly while one of them was little less friendly.

Superbe site! Les lieux sont propres et bien aménagés. Nous avons séjourné dans un chalet. Tout le matériel y était. Donc pour ceux et celles qui ne sont pas équipés c'est une alternative intéressante. Le personnel est chaleureux et poli. Les activités durant la pandémie bien adaptées et demeurent amusantes pour les p'tits comme pour les grands. Merci

Loved deluxe vacation lodge, we could move in! Surroundings so peaceful, quiet, great way to relax in this summer 2020. Thank you so much for all your attention, care surrounding health, hygiene practices, wearing masks, disinfecting, this made the difference to feel safe, secure. Thank you for not allowing visitors also. Huge thank you to wonderful lady who brings crafts, bingo, she is the best!!

We love it here! They are always so quick to accommodate. There is so much to do for kids, adults and seniors. This was our second time back in two weeks. We brought my parents, who are almost 80 and their favourite part was the water fight! It is definitely a great place to make memories! We will most definitely be back!

Very nice and clean! And the staff was very nice and friendly. Lots of activities and things for the kids as well! Don’t love the 11 PM quiet hour but totally understand because families do go to sleep earlier and do not want the noise.

We had a fabulous time. We felt safe and impressed with all of the cleaning and sanitizing. I understand the pool situation and all the regulations with Covid, but we found ourselves quite bored throughout the day. I think a place with a lake would have kept the kids busy or some activities. The staff were fabulous, there were a couple that could’ve been friendlier. The cabin was amazing.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. There were multiple activities for the children to entertain themselves and despite the Covid restrictions, we had a wonderful time away. The cabin was very clean as well as the site and the campground. Great place!

We were more than pleased with the cleanliness of our cabin. It was very well equipped, located and was perfect in every way. The staff was very helpful, polite and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I have to say was that my son and his friend wanted to play minigolf around 6pm on Sunday and were unable to do so because the office was already closed.

I was impressed by the organization/professionalism of all the staff. The bracelets and pool online booking system worked very well and were easy to use. I did find the front location of our lodge to be quite noisy but know that can't be controlled (the location would be perfect for those where close proximity to amenities was essential). Show difference (front/back lodges) in advance of booking.

We always enjoy our time with the KOA Cardinal family and especially during these strange times, they did a great job to keep things running while feeling safe. It’s our favourite spot to go to. Hopefully next time we come we can get more pool time. We understand why the poll is limited, just hoping for more splash time. We love this place....

We had discovered the KOA Campgrounds in Cardinal last summer in 2019 . We were really surprised and blown away by all that they have to offer . The logging is beautiful, your surroundings are peaceful and your kids will be kept busy all the time . They really know how to take care of all your needs down to the tiniest detail. Our family loves going every year .

Beyond our expectations. Our children had a wonderful time, the facility was extremely covid safe & the accommodations were meticulously clean. They truly thought of everything and it make for a terrific holiday.

Staying in the lodge was great. Very clean except our bathroom had a smell. We just left the fan on and window open for the weekend and it helped. Staff was accommodating, pool time was well organized. Only thing I wish was for staff to clean the play structure occasionally. Not sure if they did or not since I never saw it while I stayed there.

Thank you for staying with us. Yes we do sanitize the playgrounds every morning before they open and 1/2 through the day. We ask children to sanitizer their hands (supplied at each entrance) and wear a mask while on our play structures to ensure they stay safe. Hope to see you again soon.

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
