I am still very impressed with the service at the Cardinal KOA every time I visit. The Halloween festivities this year were amazing and the help they offer when we left was great.. they took the garbage and recycle from the back of the truck and disposed of it for us. They have their pumping tank at the dumping station to speed things up.. everyone is always smiling and it makes for a great visit.

Staying there for halloween is a family favourite! The haunted house is an absolutely must!! If you have never been there for halloween you are missing out on am amazing time!

AMAZING HALLOWEEN WEEKEND! I wish there was a milder haunted house for kids. Maybe same haunted house but no actors/staff in there. It is AMAZING but even too scary for me. Let alone my kids who cry thru the whole thing!

Karen & Daniel with an amazing staff are exceptional people well knowledge and always have fun things and events calendered in. Awesome campground with numerous ways to camp from tenting to cottages. Grounds are pristine and pizza and chip truck flavors to highlight the tastebuds...we will be back the Lafrance family.

Excellent campgrounds, very clean and well kept. Halloween themed weekend was fantastic , the pumpkin walk and haunted house were amazing. Great job by the owners!

This was our first Halloween weekend at Cardinal KOA, we were very impressed with all of the activities for the kids and the caliber of events (pumpkin walk and haunted house) We will definitely be back next year.

We had a perfect nice sized spot for our 39 foot toyhauler (G11). Was easy to get into and enough room to keep the back deck down. The dog park was very well kept and when we told a staff member that one structure was damaged it was fixed right away. Our puppy enjoyed that there was a small dog side and a large dog side. It was our second time at this park and will return again.

To many rules had our grandchildren with us the quiet time a little extreme, fires having to be out by midnight why we are camping enjoying sitting around a fire and I was using my phone singing around fire when I was told to shut my radio off at ten. Having fun around a fire with kids and family is part of camping and we were not loud other campers told us they were enjoying our singing

We had 3 sites, including one of the lodges (L06) for a family camping weekend. Everything was great. The campground is very clean and well maintained, staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The lodge was well equipped and perfect for a family, girls weekend, etc.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed already for what was a family weekend. The propane dispenser was not working so I could not top up the propane in my RV. The site was clean, staff very friendly and very well laid out. There were lot's of activities for families, we would come again.

We were very impressed with everything. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to ensure there was a great deal of activities and equipment to keep everyone busy and happy. Best KOA we have we been to. And looking forward to many more visits

We have been very careful with Covid, we have family members that are immunocompromised and that has been a concern of ours. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. As a family we made some incredible memories and loved our time on your campsite.

Beautiful clean campground however when two seniors drop in for one night just as a stop over on our travels and not use pool, bouncy pillow, mini putt, children’s playground.... I don’t expect to have to pay for all this. 10 hour rest stop was too pricey for us. So won’t stay there again unless we have our grand children.

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
