The tent site was right next to a chain link fence on a road (cars and trucks up and down the road all night), and the houses across the road all kept their front porch lights on all night, so it never got dark. Very close to a train track, and the trains ran all night long blowing their horns. I guess it might be okay for RV camping, but certainly not for tent camping.

The periodic trains starting early in the morning are way too loud for sleeping in. I liked that there were mats in the shower...this is the first KOA at which I stayed that had those. The site was okay and most of the people were nice.

Nice camp ground, but trains were noisy and very close. Enjoyed the shade from the trees and convenience to town.

I did get a refund so I really do appreciate that. But, there was bed bugs so I am grossed out by that. And the train was very very loud so it is difficult to get any sleep if I had stayed there.

Everyone who works in the office/store was extremely helpful in suggesting activities for the area. We would not have had the wonderful time we did without their help! The sites were a good size and far enough apart. The whole facility was well maintained. My only suggestion is that there is some warning regarding the trains :)

Loved the pool, our spot was pretty dusty and dirty. Campground was a little unimpressive to me.

It was great staff was super friendly the campsites were clean and nice the kids loved the scaveger t hunt and pool and bikes and playyard. We didn't even mind the train that ran behind the campground the kids thought it was way cool

Your camp workers were not very pleasant to deal with and seemed to hate there jobs and take it out on there customers. Not a fan of our site due to being right where everyone drove in but mainly due to everyone thought they could walk thru the center of our camp including the workers which we did not appreciate and was not appropriate or polite! The bathrooms smelt like mold and needed some atten

Great base camp. Has a pool and a hot tub. Laundry was clean. Sites were large and spacious. The only thing that keeps them from getting a 5, with no fault of there own, the train is right next to the campgroumd and it has to blow its horn coming into town.

The campground was dated and pool was in poor condition and looked like it was built in the 60's with a big cyclone fence around it. Maintenance people come around and blew dust all over our campsite and us while we were outside eating breakfast at 10 am using a large tractor mower for tiny grass patches. Security was also bad - had homeless people show up next to us at 11 pm and stay til 5am.

Really wonderful place! A lot more rustic, deep woods feel but with all the luxuries of a nice pool & bathrooms. Glamping in the woods. Yes, the train is super loud and close but did not bother us.

Our stay there was at the end of a long rustic camping trip. Having the hot showers, pool, and activities was wonderful. All the staff we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Our plan is to return next summer.

Stayed in Tent site #28 for one night. + Friendly staff + Easy check in + Clean bathroom & camp sink for dishes - Dusty (website says grass but site was only dirt and pine needles) - Table was dirty and small - Train tracks right on edge of Kampground. Last train I heard was ~9p and no issue sleeping

Excellent site with beautiful trees and plenty of shade. The staff are friendly and more than helpful. The only drawback is a busy railroad track behind the campground. I like trains, but sadly my dog does not.

I stayed here for over a month, the staff is so sweet and accommodating for me and my 2 pups. The park is beautiful and quiet for the most part. If you have animals, Lily is their local petsitter! Lily saved the day for me by watching my little dogs during my stay. She was sweet with the dogs and reliable. She even sent update photos while I was away�ϋ� Thank you everyone for a beautiful st

Place was easy to find off the Interstate. Facilities were very clean. Staff were very nice & accommodating. Beware of the train noise that is continuous throughout the day/night. Wouldn't be so bad if the operator didn't blow the horn SO OFTEN!

The people were friendly, the campground was lovely… but trains were a surprise, multiple during the night with their horns blaring… not ok and not conducive to a good nights rest. No recommendations from us which is sad. The business itself is lovely. �

I think people should be made aware Of the constant train activity that goes on all through the night. Monday night 7 trains went through, each one whistling as it past. Hard to sleep.

extremely friendly staff.. and, oddly enough, even with the trail passing right by frequently (with whistle), it was a very quiet, peaceful rest in tall fir trees. I would like a bit more expanded food offerings in the store and perhaps an expanded pool and deck, but, that is just me. I was thanked by by family for recommending Cascade Locks KOA and we very much enjoyed the grounds and the area.

Men’s bathroom was filthy - walls, shower stall, floor and sinks. Two of the sinks were taped off and out of order and covered with dry black residue of some sort. Staff at the counter inside the office were informative and friendly. Most of the facility was showing signs of age and a lack of general repair, maintenance and upkeep.

Aside from the fact that every campsite is close, there is nothing but dirt and dust, uneven roadways and outrageous noise all day and night from freight trains that sound as if they are traveling through the campgrounds.

Third time we’ve been there. Loved our stay. KOA staff are excellent - very receptive and go out of their way to help. Hopefully we’ll get to come back for a 4th stay!

Great stopping spot for the night so we didn’t have to drive through Portland during rush hour traffic. Wish the trains/ horns/ rumble weren’t so frequent, and so close!

Love it here yes it's more then other camp sites but it's so worth it .... the showers are awesome no coins needed .
