The employees were fantastic. Super helpful very upbeat and enthusiastic. I'm sure most people complain about the train. We laughed everytime it went by. It became a family joke. It's a good location to tour the gorge.

My dogs and I stayed here for a few days while passing through town. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and were very satisfied with our stay. The cabin was cozy and the two small portable elective heaters provided were plenty powerful to keep us toasty in the 40 degree temps at night. The hot water plentiful and quickly became hot. The paved parking and patio/fire pit at cabin 8 were very handy.

Park has made a lot of improvements over the years, very nice now. Space number 97, needs improving, narrow spot and very muddy where the door to RV opens, also lower than the asphalt so BIG step.

First time staying there, when new it was probably a great park. Unfortunately it has not been kept up over the years and unfortunately it is right next to the railroad tracks. Fortunately the engineers don’t blow the horn a lot. Campground was built when rec vehicles were smaller. Ours is not super large 38’ plus tow vehicle

The campground is on the smaller side but setup nicely and we had plenty of space. The restrooms were always very clean and heated. The only drawback is the railroad directly behind the campground which was loud while trying to sleep, but we had read about this from previous reviews so it wasn't unexpected. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Relaxing time with friends. Safe and clean KOA.

Stayed 2 nights and no problems. Spots we had were roomy and the hosts were very nice.

There is a very noisy train track right behind the campground so the train whistle and noise wakes you up throughout the night. I was told my 21 foot van was too long to park at a tent site, so I had to get an RV site with water and electricity- which I didn’t need and costs more. The tv sites are so close together we could hear the people next to us all night also and they weren’t talking lou

The campsites are way to close together. The people on the end of our row did have a table or anything on their camp side, so they just thought they'd use ours. The had dinner on our picnic table, chopped wood and made a fire right outside our front door. I can't really blame them, because there was nothing on their campsite except a fire pit & road! It was a horrible experience.

we booked this campground to take a walk next day to the waterfalls few miles away. the worst thing on this place is the very loud train nearby. the signalhorns of them are unnecessary too often used in the night. the earplugs as a present from the office had been helpful

Very polite, enthusiastic campground personnel.

It is just the location that really sucked due to the trains blowing their whistle all through the night. Lots of trains roll through here and you don't see the river from here. Loved the trees and the very helpful, cheerful, host.

We enjoyed hiking in the gorge. Great location . The night trains were the only issue , the first nite. After that didn’t seem to notice them. Next time we will go biking on a bike trail we learned about. Enjoyed our stay. Weather was great too.

Easy check in, after hours. Very clean and nicely kept campground. My only complaint is that the wifi password did not work. Interestingly, we stayed here in 2017 and had the same problem. Not so sure about the wifi working at all! But, everything else was great. Campers should note that location is right next to the train tracks, and there is train noise during the night.

Clean cabin and camp grounds.

The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The campground was clean - we didn't visit the bathrooms or showers. There were many trains going by during the day, but we didn't hear them at night. This is a great locations for going to visit the Columbia River Gorge.

No grass on Tent sites, it's all uneven dirt. Would be horrible mud during rain. And ground was dug up, it's so uneven with bumps, we kept tripping over dirt bumps in dark. Firepits are old (rusty, broken) & so small, not attached to ground, laying on top of like 3x3 feet concrete piece. No bushes in this forest, so no privacy if you have people camping right next to your site. Didn't like there!

Helpful, professional, with an extra measure of kindness for the less experienced Rv camper.

Staff is very nice. Nice wooded campground.

StY was fine. Campground was very muddy. I know it rains a lot in Cascade Locks. But maybe you could plant grass so it's not so bad. Just a suggestion. Nice remodel on the restrooms, tho. Would stay again once it dries out some...

Very nice RV park that is close to several tourist spots. The park is a bit tight for big rigs. It took a little doing to get my 43' fifth wheel in the the spot correctly. getting out was very simple from the space we had. My only issue, which is not the park's fault, would be that there are so many trees that it was impossible to get satellite TV.

Super friendly front desk clerk. She was helpful with information on site seeing.

Beautiful area! Loved the camp. Friendly staff. Loved the sound of trains passing by!

Nice campground and friendly staff. We had site 85, so we were right next to the entrance. We would rather have been further away from the traffic in and out of the campground. Also the patio was quite dirty and required me to clean it so we didn't track stuff into the trailer. I booked a patio site to avoid this, but didn't expect to clean it first.

Convenient location for seeing many of the sites in the Columbia Gorge. The mature Douglas Fir and Maple trees provide ample shade and there is very little road noise. While trains pass within 50 yards of most sites, they did not wake us at night. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and on activities in the area.

We were just there overnight. Everything was clean and quiet.

First, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I personally prefer sites that have fewer big trees and thus more sun. But after all it is where it is! And knowing the area, I suspect wind in the Gorge is often an "issue", but not while I was there .

All the people at the front desk are awesome and they got me the most secluded spot. I really like the location of this place but you will hear the train horns. But other than that the campground is great and the staff are amazing.

Nice park, lots are close. Fortunately we were there during October and it wasn’t crowded.

Very nice setting, wonderful staff.

KOA has to stop allowing camp fires with in the individual camp site. It is unsafe, unhealthy - as all the smoke ends up in my RV. and not good for the world in general just to be PC.

Besides being such a Beautiful and clean campsite the Very most important part was the fantastic care that we received from the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Welcomed us with big smiles, gave us perfect directions to the park and escorted us to fill up our propane tank and then lead us to our site. We were told to call office if we needed anything else. We Loved the train, did Not keep us up.

Very nice park in a town setting. Super friendly and helpful staff. Restrooms and showers spotless. We had a camp site, daughter had a cabin. Deluxe cabin very clean and well equipped. Had great time. Definitely would return. Only negative comment would be the train horn noise, which we knew about before we stayed.

We stayed in deluxe cabin #8. While the side patio is wonderful to gaze at the stars, & having a bathroom in the cabin is a luxury, we did have a few issues. Due to Covid prefer disposable eating utensils in the cabin vs reusable. Unable to use the coffee machine due to having severe mold in it. Kitchen area super cramped and lacking a vent. Overall beautiful nights, and a over expensive bill.
