Very restful location and we enjoyed the help of the accommodating staff.

What a great stay in an amazing town. We hope to return someday. We really loved the kind staff, especially Jim. He was so welcoming and gave us some tips for the area during our stay.

Not enough restrooms on site. Some of the RV sites are not well-maintained and very dusty. All of our things were dusted out. Piles of junk around the perimeter of the campground.

Nice location in Cascade Locks. Convenient to the small town. Very quaint and quiet town, not much open in the late evenings. Close to plenty of outdoor activities. If you want more than basics you need to cross bridge to Wa, descent grocery. Thunder Island was good food. The worst thing about the campground is the constant trains. Less than 75 feet from our sight, all hours. Not much can be done.

Everything was fine except for the train whistles which you have no control of. We always love staying at your place on our way to the Coast, even with the ‘whistles’ Thanks

People working at KOA were very helpful..always love the fact that you are helped into you campsite. Place is a little rustic, but nice…lots of trains going by however, after a few days you get used to it!

Great time….shower heads are low, but otherwise nice.

We made our reservation after hearing about an event in town, the front desk and everyone made it an enjoyable stay. We'll be back. Nice / fun campground store. Terry

Always a fantastic experience.

It was so convenient to the Falls Loop. We loved the shaded spots and dog park. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. The people were absolutely wonderful!

We have stayed there several times and will stay again in the future. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Nice!

Great staff. Nice location minus the train noise maybe for some people. Would like an improved dog area. The dust must turn straight to mud in the rain.

This is a well-thought-out campground. Easy access from I-84. Spacious sites w/ trees abounding. Swimming pool and hot tub conveniently located. Quiet campers. We are always a little leery of staying at a KOA, as most of them have seen better days. This one did not disappoint.

This KOA is the first place that ever took us to our spot and helped us back in and get setup, I very nice and helpful act. The only negative I could give this KOA is the frequent noise of the passing trains. I still would come back to this location though.

Nice area. Well maintained. Store is stocked with just the basics.

You have to love trains since you are next to tracks (we do). The park is like staying in a national park. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were here during an unexpected heatwave and didn't have a 50amp connection for our 2 air conditioners, but we made due. It was a little noisy due to the train tracks adjacent to park. Overall this park was well kept and if we are in the area again, we will defiantly book.

We enjoyed our stay. All employees were helpful and kind.

Jim was super friendly and helpful. The sight was dirty and not enough grass and the distance from the parking asphalt to grade was excessive height potential ankle or leg nine injury. Jim was asked if he could deliver some gravel to fill in the low spot. Jim took care of our safety and avoid unnecessary injury stepping out of the trailer door.

We’ve been staying at CL’s KOA since the late 1990’s. Over 20 years. It was very nice then and still very nice now. This time we appreciated the escort to our site. Nice customer service. Also like the Bridgeside Restaurant (formerly the Char-Burger).

The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. What can I say, we are going back very soon.

Not the greatest KOA that we have been to. It was dirty! No trash pick up, the dog park was dirty and no one cleaned out the poop throughout our 3 night stay. It smelt awful and carried throughout the park.

Beautiful park with lots of pine trees and shade! We ended up staying longer than anticipated but so glad we did! One of the best KOAs we've stayed out. Perfect location for hiking the local waterfalls or taking a Columbia River boat ride on the Sternwheeler! Clean restrooms, store hours opened late for summer and helpful, friendly staff. Thank you!

Sandy in the office was great! Our slide wouldn’t fit in the site we were assigned so she hunted around for one that worked. The office & store is well stocked & inviting. Pool & hot tub nice also. The staff do a nice job of keeping sites clean and they are all friendly. You have a good crew of folks working there.

Had a good time. Nice little camping spot.

The staff was amazing 5 star. dirt road and some sites.Great location but lots of unleashed dogs running around one did his business on our site and no owner came to clean it up not good.

Our camp site was mostly dirt and dusty all the time. No gravel in this site as there was gravel in other sites. Also this site needs to advertise that the train is extremely noisy and frequent especially at night. We were not informed of the noise as our reservations were made online.

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and convenient. Site was well equipped and spacious. Setting was lovely. We’ll return next time we’re in that region.
Aug 15, 2021
The campground itself was quaint and clean but the close proximity of the train tracks and the fact that the train goes right past the site at all hours blaring their horns and squealing brakes would prevent me from ever coming back! If it wasn’t for dinner reservations on the Sternwheeler, I definitely would’ve packed up and gone home early

Easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Place was clean and neat. They have a good camp store and the laundry was clean. Didn’t mind the trains that come through this area but the dog on neighbors outside the park was annoying. We would use this park again if we came through to Oregon.

Stayed one week and it was very nice, the train was loud but bearable.

Great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, except for other campers constantly walking through my campsite and someone even leaving their trash on top of my picnic table. The bathrooms appeared to be cleaned regularly and the pool/spa were maintained daily. I would stay again.

Just a one night stay to & from our coastal destination. Smaller campground. Friendly staff. Clean, well-kept grounds. Didn't use any of the facilities, but saw families enjoying the pool. Quiet, except a train passes by a few times in a 24 hour period. But we're used to trains and enjoy their sound. Sleep right through it most of the time. Nicely treed. Will be our to & from stop in the future.

Loved the woodsy feeling this campground has. Close to lots of things to see

The trains passing at night are a serious issue. We also had nieghbors that were grouped celebrating ever night, way too loud.

We love a weekend at a KOA cabin. Less than a hour drive and we feel like it is a world away.
