Requirements:
RV must be less than 15 years old.
RV must be at least 26’ long.
No children allowed permanently. Sorry, Rottweiler, American Bully, Pit-Bull, Doberman Pinscher, or any mix of these will not be permitted.
3-month minimum stay.
No 3rd party towing allowed.
You must own your vehicle to tow your RV.
$775.00 per month plus metered electricity. Longer site $875 plus metered electricity.
A $350 deposit is required.
The $350 will be refunded upon departure minus your last electric bill.
Does not include cable or WIFI. Spectrum is available for a fee.
