Paid for pull through, was bumped up against 2 campers and multiple cars. Pull through actually had tent site directly behind as well. Was crammed into spot and was staring right at other people’s front door. Was disappointed in what we paid for.

We had a water and electric site knowing they had a dump. On the way out in the morning the dump was locked. No one around to unlock it. Had to leave with tanks full. Sites extremely close together. The bathhouse was very nice and clean large showers. Nice smallish dog area. There were lots of dog bag poles to get dog litter bags and separate cans for dog poo to be placed into.

We stayed on camper site.. the staff was very helpful and friendly.. bathhouses were very clean and very nice clean spacious showers.. close to grocery store and many restaurants.. Quiet campground with nice clean pool.. very disappointed on the last night that something was stolen from our site..Stayed at many campgrounds and never had something stolen before.

No complaints here! Yes, it's a little tight when full. Yes, the roads need some work. The staff members were all a pleasure. Loved our pull through site. Convenient to Charlotte. Great restaurants nearby.

Check in was fine very nice staff. But it went downhill from there. 1st night a dog was whining all night long, spoke to management and they told me they were aware and that it even woke them up to the point that she drove around at 2 in the morning trying to find it. Said they would talk to them.. found out they left the dog unattended and allowed them to stay. So much more would not stay again

cable tv connect didn't work; traffic noise very noticeable. personnel working there were very helpful

Nothing fancy here as this isn’t a resort KOA. But the people are nice, the sites pretty level and the area clean. Pricing is good as well. We’ve stayed there at least 4 times. No cable, but lots of local stations over the air.

Son in law went to use the men's bathroom and they and the tiolets were not clean. Since he works for a college he knows what they should look like. Disappointed since all the other ones we stayed at were excellent. People were friendly overall camp clean.

We went for a single night to get some maintenance items completed on our travel trailer. We live about 5 minutes from this KOA so it’s super convenient to stay a night or two any time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are nice, and the bath houses were immaculate. Very quiet considering it’s in a busy location. You can hear the airplane noise from CLT.

I didn’t care for its location. And employee seemed carefree. I’ve visited many KOA. But I’m not sure I will return

Its just a campground for overnight stay. It has no TV cable and internet is very slow. I had concrete pad but grassy area was full of fire ants and I got a lot of biting while trying to hookup.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The bathhouses were clean and shower stalls had plenty of room to get dressed. The campground is small, but close to many stores and has several recreational options to keep kids busy. Only 8 minutes from Carowinds!

We stayed in the long term area. The staff was very helpful in finding us a spot that worked for us on short notice. The bathrooms were always clean as was the pool.

The staff is very polite and helpful with any needs/concerns that you have. Some of the sites are nkt as flat as others and can cause you to get creative with how you set up your rig. However, the camp ground is beautiful and the pool and deck area are very relaxing and inviting. If you have a long rig, just make sure you get a site that is level.

We were there for two nights , rest rooms cleaned , properly, just disappointed the pool was closed due to debris in it from the storm . Nice place

Pull thru sites were advertised but when I arrived I was informed that I could pull thru to the site but then had to unhook and park in overflow area. There are no pull thru sites at all. I opted for a back in site. The roads were in a very bad condition throughout the entire campground. I will NOT stay in this campground again.

We booked this KOA so that we could have a deluxe pull-thru site with a concrete pad. Our leveling system has an issue. When we arrived, n the rain, we checked in and proceeded to our site (35/53) to find a travel trailer already there. We were moved to a back-in site, no pad, but at least a full hookup. We had $11ish refunded to our card. It made for a very stressful night after a 10 hour driv

The staff is fantastic! If your looking for a Disney type of experience this isn’t it! This is a great location to base from for day trips to the lakes, mountains and restaurants. The facilities are clean. There are some site on the lower end that will remain wet during rains storms so ask your host before booking. I stayed in the rustic cabin while working in the area and loved it.

The concrete pad we used for the overnight stay was great. However driving into an out of the pad was like driving over a plowed field. This KOA is a very convenient stop on our way north or returning south, but driving around the camp grounds is an extreme "shake down" cruse.

Only stayed over night, finding the assigned camp site was confusing. When we did find the site it had a concrete pad that only half our camper fit on. If you are allowing larger campers (38') than get rid of the half concrete pad.

The cabin was extremely clean. The public restrooms & shower felt like hotel luxury. I liked that you needed a code to enter the bathrooms, made it more secure. I loved everything about this campground and the employees & camp hosts were very nice. The only minor issue I could come up with is that I wish checkout was at 11am not 10am. Will definitely stay at this campground again.

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
