Valerie and Barbara were so friendly and helpful! Met Cory and were immediately impressed with him. Our only complaint is our site. Site 62 is next to the entrances to the bathhouse. There is a bright light that shines dusk to dawn lighting up our entire campsite and shining into our camper's front door. We would recommend installing lower level and pathway lighting v. overhead lighting.

We loved this KOA. Of course we love all our KOA’s because we consistently have a wonderful time and they are clean, clean, clean. You can’t go wrong.

It’s an average campground. Nice that it is walking distance to the grocery store. Very nice restrooms and showers. Too much gravel everywhere. Roads in disrepair.

Great campground for your overnight needs. Publix is just in walking distance and the food truck is phenomenal

We have stayed here as we pass through from one place to another. This campground has a friendly, helpful staff. Grounds and facilities are well kept. The area has grown around here. There are things to see so don't pass by stop and visit the area. We have been able to get food delivered to our campsite which was nice after a long day on the road. There are restaurants, gas station closes as well.

Sites were as expected for a metro area. Showers/baths were great. There were a ton of cigarette butts at our site. My dog was the only one who appreciated the butt litter. Tough for you to clean up that mess after each visit. People are pigs. Maybe a sign to remind all to be considerate?

We were passing through and spent the night. Very friendly and efficient staff. The sites are typical koa, premium sites have concrete and nice furniture. Roads are broken and need low areas addressed. No pool or cable but you can pick up many over the air stations. Wifi spotty. Lots of green space for dogs. Good for our overnight needs.

The owner hates children and watched him kick out a family for kids playing. Also I had a extended stay reserved for my relocation to Charlotte. They gave me 4 day notice I had to leave. Again over children. Employee told me owner wants no reservations with children and to screen them out. I would highly recommend this owner get his KOA franchise revoked.

Easy getting into off the highway. Friendly helpful people on staff. Clean grounds and bathrooms. We will be staying again on our next trip through Charlotte.

This was a business trip for me, so I was looking for something relatively quiet and easy to get in and out of. The staff was so nice and friendly. We arrived a couple hours early and prepared to pay the early check in fee. The wonderful lady that welcomed us didn’t charge us the fee. Another gentleman showed us to our site and helped my husband line our rig up. It was such a pleasant experience

We enjoyed our weekend and the location and the cabin was great. The internet was terrible and the shower didn’t drain so we had to take really quick showers.

My family and I were kicked out with 24 hour notice and threatened that police would be called ! All because of the owners dislike for children ! Owner is verbally aggressive and EXTREMELY unprofessional ! Most of the staff were polite and the grounds were kept clean but owner trumps it all ! Not a child friendly camp ground at all . They id the exact same thing to 2 other working families also !

Small RV Park that seems to mostly accommodate overnight stays as it’s right off highway. Clean bathrooms, sites are not level, very tight, large trees close to road can make parking or leaving tough. Paved roads are In disrepair, not enough lighting throughout campground.

We arrived after the office closed/stayed one night. The 50 amp power at our site did not work. The grass was high in our site and other areas in the park—definitely needed mowing.

Site not near lev e. Czablr does not work. Sewer inlet too high to be pts practical. Site numbering system confusing. Worst KOA in 40 years of camping.

We stayed overnight on our way to Hilton Head Island. We ran a little late due to weather but received a nice phone call from the office stating they would leave our welcome pack with all our information which worked out very well. Upon arrival the set up was easy as power and water were very accessible and well lit. The bathroom and shower area was very clean well lit as well. Great facility

We were only there for 2 nights. Lots of full time residents. That didn’t bother us, it was the gun fight that broke out on the road outside the campground that topped it off.

Asked for delux site ended up on a very unlevel site. We stay at a lot of KOAs but this is the worst one. Dirty grounds pot holes and wash outs thru out the park. We stayed the night before in St Mary’s Georgia. One of the nicest koa clean friendly. Will by pass Fort Mill next time

Wonderful heated bathrooms and great shower pressure! Only issue we found is the hand sinks in the bathrooms had no hot water! Otherwise a great park for a quick overnight stop just off the highway. We will be back!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating however the sites need a little fixing . They are doable but roots of trees are in the way . But the friendliness of the staff over rides that .

Stayed there for several months while looking for a house in C Charlotte. The people working there couldn't be nicer. It's a Journey, and there are a lot of RVs passing through on their way to other places, so it's not a beautiful place. But it's very functional and in a good location with a gas/diesel station adjacent to the campground and a Publix grocery store within walking distance.

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
