Bathrooms were IMMACULATE I’m 6’8” and showers were very spacious and clean as the whole bathroom was as well. Room was clean and spacious for my party of four. The pool was also very clean and well kept very spacious too. This is a great deal for anyone looking to stay in the area! Will be back for sure in the future.

Nice Campground. Access to a Food Truck next door which had great food and good prices, Publix grocery store within walking distance . Love watching jets over head. Very clean and quiet. Lovely pool area and a small dog area for pet to run around. A++ will return next year as our stop over.

The office staff was very friendly but the worker who spotted us in the campsite took off as soon as we were parked. He never asked us if we had any questions or showed us where the hookups were. It's also a little tight moving the RV in and out of the campground.

The location was critical. We had reached the end of our endurance and had to stop! That said, this location had one of the worst sites we'd ever had. I couldn't even level the coach so we couldn't extend our slide out. Would skip this one if possible in the future!

Was absolutely horrible the owner John which is his real name he drives a black Ford Expedition. is a terrible representative of your brand. very rude. Will not being staying at that KOA ever again. I hope this guy is talked to by somebody. That can put this guy in his place. I was discussed by the way he acted towards me. Whoever is reading this don’t waist your time staying here was Terribl

We called last minute because our previous overnight stay location turned out to be a total mistake. The team at Fort Mill were so friendly and accommodating. Fortunately, they had space for us. The next time we are traveling down I77 in our RV we will stay here again and this time we will plan ahead. Good job to the Fort Mill team!

Our first site was full of red ants, so they found another site for us. Although inconvenient, we appreciated how it was handled. On Sunday, when we returned at 7pm, we had half power. We were told nothing could be done til Monday. Monday am a very rude maintenance man told me he had been working on the issue since Thursday! They did refund one day, but I would not return to this campground.

We were very disappointed with our stay. Other than Dennis, who we found very pleasant, the staff was uncaring and unprofessional. The property is in complete disrepair. The interior roads are crumbling and full of potholes. The electric infrastructure is a disaster. It is apparent management focuses primarily on the bar located at the entrance to the campground. They should lose the franchise :-(

We stayed there for four nights...two without power. I expected more from a KOA.

Lost power day two of the three days booked. Left morning of the 3rd due to still no power at camp site. KOA refunded money for two of the three days. I have CPAP machine I have to use during the night and could not without power. Hot night with no AC with 5 children. Everyone survived but not a good memorable time.

Very nice facility and great experience. Employees are very approachable and good at their jobs. Only had one problem with power while there and it was on our last day. Will definitely look forward to staying there again.

The electric went out at the RV site and we did not have electric the day we checked in, that night or the next morning. Thank goodness we could run the ac with the generator without running out of gas because it was extremely hot weather. The park did give us a refund for that night but I had to ask first. We have stayed here before and had no problems.

It was all good until the power went out. No fault of the campground. The wires were old and needed to be replaced. I am sure this has been taken care of by now.

Campground was full of campers. Site was clean-pool very clean-so many nice places to sit and relax at pool. Bath houses extremely clean. There was an electrical issue on some campsites but we were not effected. When we arrived found out our site had no shade and they were so accommodating to change us to a-site with shade. All staff were friendly and helpful. Bakers-site 92-June 16-18-2021

Terrible camp power problems forced us to leave because we had no air, no electricity for a fan. Camp management refunded our stay very quickly. Once the power situation is fixed, this will be a great KOA again.

Had Power issues 3 days we were there. They staff was great here and not a bad place to stay for a bit but kinda tight spots and need to address power issues.

Sites are way to close - we had constant cigarette smoke in our camper & camp site due to the sites on either side of us. We would have closed the windows & run the AC but the camp ground had a known overload issue so we had no power with temps 90+. Definitely NOT worth $62/night

On our way to myrtle beach and stopped here for two nights and the office worker’s are very friendly and the facility is well maintained restrooms was clean and shower was clean as well the surrounding area had plenty to do and plenty of places to eat and shop

Perfect location to just stop over visit local attractions like Carowinds, staff was very friendly. Minutes away from Charlotte. I will definitely be coming back .

I gave 3 stars only because of location, next to Publix. We paid almost $75/night for a deluxe pull through site. Sewer smell so overwhelming we asked for any site. Rather than move us they found an open sewer pipe in the next site due to broken cap. They stuffed a rag in it an promised to fix it the next day. They never did. Permanent junky set up 3 sites in. Bathrooms were horrible. Over priced.

I understand that this KOA is right off a highway and is not a wooded campground. That's OK. I was happy that they had availability for me at the last minute. I felt the grounds were well kept, and I actually liked the campground for a lot of reasons. But, I felt that there were a couple of people who made me think that this is not a "people" place. Crowded, ugly, difficult for anyone with even moderate disability. Ridiculous to drive up to the office and watch the manager walk away after looking you in the eye. Being directed to go back out to a busy gas station with no safe parking for a handicapped person to check in, only to find you have to go back to the office to get your site assignment on the porch of the office. Never again.

Was surprised to find out the Deluxe Cabins do not have a fire ring, even though the website says it does. Besides that, very quiet and clean campground. Very close to things.

It was a short stay to visit relatives in Charlotte. The folks running the campground are very nice and helpful. The grounds are a bit run down but it is an extremely busy CG. More cement pads would make a huge improvement. Bathhouse was clean. Did not use the washers and dryers so can't comment on those. This is not hard to get to from the highway. There is an available gas station next door.

We were upgraded to a very nice concrete pad with table and chairs. Very nice location. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The pool area was fantastic and beautiful, very clean. the camping area itself was small, very little grass and some of their camping sites they have two campers per site that you back up against each other! I have never seen this nor would I want that because then there was not room to park your vehicle you have to park it and what little grassy area that you have. You also have to have a code

Stayed one night while traveling. Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant and efficient. The pool was very nice, and a welcome treat after driving all day. We have stayed at this campground before and will come back again.

Our stay was for two nights. We met great staff workers, going out of their way to assist. Guests, staying at the KOA, were very friendly and outgoing. Service areas were very clean. We had fun and met outstanding people.

Horrible layout. Back in campsites are a joke, you are literally sharing a campsite with another unit, backed up against each other. Only had a 30ft camper and they had you pull so far forward you can't park in front of your camper, also makes it difficult hooking your camper backup ain't you need to pull into the campsite across from you. Never will return,

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
