Stayed in cabin 83B with pet. Compared to other KOA cabins with pets, this is in need of updates. Mattresses very uncomfortable, curtains very thin, security light right outside windows was way too bright for sleeping, shower drain very slow, cable TV very intermittent. The staff was very helpful and did try to resolve the light issue. If curtains were thicker, that would help.

Is road maintenance so difficult? Sites unlevel, combination of failed asphalt and pot-holed gravel, a one acre gravel front void with no purpose. Cable down. 'Sorry, not sorry.' Definitely one of the worst KOA's.

Very helpful staff in making sure we had a site we could stay hooked up so we could leave early next morning. Campground is peaceful and close to interstate. Would stay again.

Spacey lots, some trees, well maintained and good WiFi. The entire staff was always there to listen and help whenever they could, good people. Going the extra mile, such as dropping off Amazon packages at our door or informing us we had mail at the office. We were there twice for a total of about 7 weeks. I hope that their staff sees my review and "keep up the good work folks!" Givem a raise!!

Positive: restrooms were immaculate. Negative: we were placed in an inconvenient site and asked for a better one. We were told all of them were reserved. As the days went on the nicer sites sat open. We have experienced this with all but 1 KOA (Williamsburg) that we have stayed at. It’s like there is some unspoken rule that these campgrounds are going by. It’s just too coincidental.

This is a great stop for us on our way to Florida. We have stayed in this KOA a couple times and will stay again . It is easy access from the highway and is a neighbor to a grocery store and several other stores and restaurants.

This KOA served exactly what we needed for the weekend. We were racing at the BMX track, and just needed a spot to camp. It is not ideal for a vacation camping spot, but it is great for an overnight stay or for attending a local event. The sites are super close together, but appear to be well maintained and all hookups worked perfectly. Very quiet and there is a gas station and a Publix next door.

Our favorite place to stay when we're traveling south from Ohio. Friendly staff, well maintained grounds, spotless, clean showers and restrooms. Grocery store, gas station and restaurants all in walking distance.

Very welcoming experience. The team recognized that my fifth wheel would not fit comfortably in the spot that I had selected so they upgraded me without any issue. Their team member Dennis was a great welcoming committee and took great care of us for our quick overnight stay.

It was weird that the Koa was literally behind a grocery store in the middle of a commercial area. Also weird that the office closed promptly at 5 pm and you had to check in at a gas station/convenience store/liquor store/bar/food truck stop after 5. All that said, it was fine. The cabin was clean. Instructions for how to check out before the office opened would be helpful.

No surprises. Staff expected my arrival; promptly escorted me to the site; and explained the utilities.

We were there overnight. It is a great place for that use. The person we spoke with on the phone was pleasant & helpful. It was dark when we arrived. Another camper was parked in half of our site. In the dark we were unsure if it was our site. We found the site number on the pole.We had no idea who's vehicle was there, but we did get in the site. The ladies bath house is very nice.

We stayed at this KOA in March, so it was quite chilly out. The girls in the office were so helpful and accommodating. The park was right off of the interstate and easy to get to. We were very close to a grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. I would recommended this park any day.

Excellent location with ease of access getting on and off the highway, Publix grocery store literally next door, gas station (usually has the best prices in the area), small bar and food truck in the parking lot that has AMAZING wings! Staff is very helpful and always willing to offer any assistance. The only downfall is the wifi is spotty at best. We used our hotspot for streaming.

when we arrived, a large group was in the park and was starting to cause a lot of issues within the park. I and other guest complained to management and they quickly resolved the issue. the park was very nice and enjoyable and was more what we expect from a KOA park.

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
