Centrally located, not far from South Park Mall, Publix is next door. Clean bathroom with great showers. Friendly staff.

Although we were only there overnight as we were passing through on our way to points south, we would certainly recommend this resort. The check in was easy and quick. The site was just as promised and the park and its staff were top notch. If we lived closer, this park would be a regular on our list of go to spots.

It was our first time owning and camping with our travel trailer so we wanted to try a place still close to the house in case we need to go back for anything. Well, KOA in Fort Mill didn't disappoint They honored my military services with a Veterans discount, a hard even surface to pull through and all of the hook ups my trailer needed. .

I was disappointed in this KOA since it was basically a gravel plot behind a gas station and right next to the highway. There was no greenery, no amenities, and check-in smelled of smoke. Our cabin (which cost upwards of $100/night in January), didn’t even have a mini fridge or microwave. The “heater” available didn’t provide much warmth; I think we would’ve been better off car camping.

Very good location for overnight stay with convenient access to Publix and interstate. Easy check-in. Good over the air TV access.

Parked in a muddy spot when there were dry spots available. All roads have broken or no pavement for unsafe walking

We just basically used as way station and did not use any amenities. Workers extremely friendly and helpful They are also understanding as we had to cancel our stay due to rv engine problems and they did waive cancellation fee

My first stay here was much better. When I booked my cabin for this stay, I added a note that I would be arriving at 7:30, a late arrival as usual. I have stayed in KOA locations in Ohio, NC, Illinois and others and each one made sure that the cabin was WARM when the guest arrived. No one wants to arrive in the winter and sit in their CABIN freezing. Thanks for upgrading but next time...

The reason for my rating is employees were great friendly and very helpful they get a 10 but was very disappointed in how much dog poop was al over the place.

We have been staying at this KOA For many years, as our daughter lives near by. The campground has been steadily improving over that time. Facilities are modern, clean, & well maintained. Only a few potholes filled to earn a 5

It was very nice. Excellent service. We stayed only one night. The bathroom was clean and accommodating. However there was no hot water at the sinks and only one shower had hot water. Other than that it was great

I was very upset with your campground. We were traveling and ran into some unexpected problems and at 6 pm we called to see if we could get in. The gentlemen who answered told us they had two spots left. One 50 and one 30. As it was getting late and we still had a way to go I asked to pay by my card so we had a granteesd spot. He said he couldn't do that. He would need a photo id. We probably won'

Employees were very nice and park is ok. Cable has been turned off. No explanation why. $78 a night! Our biggest problem has been with full/long time residents. The last 2 stays we had problems with other campers being noisy and very rude. A man with several children had set up homestead with outdoor pet rabbits running loose around the cg. Never stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful. The owner and his son made sure our stay was perfect. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary party at the park and were overwhelmed with the special attention we received. Never did we see the community room before visiting this KOA and it was more that perfect. We were giving a special site sitting right next to the community hall that was perfect. 150% satisfied.

Not up to KOA standards. Lightning in the campground was very poor. Bulbs were blown on several walk lights. The pet walk was so small that more than 1 or 2 dogs could not have been accommodated at the same time. No cable available for TV viewing. There’s a band that plays until 2 am on Saturday nights which is very close to the campground. Too noisy overnight for sleeping. Not one I’d rec

Short weekend but we were upgraded to a pull through at not charge. The hosts at KOA are always so personable. Also, my 11-year-old son left his pocket knife at the campground. We received a call from the camp host letting me know they found it. My son was so excited. The host was willing to hold on to it until we returned after the first of the year. What great people!

7 months of trouble free stay. My last week, they decide to throw out my rug and fire pit a day before I am supposed to check out. Terrible customer service. Not even a courtesy phone call to clarify.

Have stayed here for several years as we travel back and forth to FL. The place was looking rather bleak the last few years, but it was a pleasant surprise to see someone it taking pride in it this time. WIFI was the best/fastest of many campgrounds we have stayed in. Thank you.

Monthly rate a little high. Stayed for a month and found another place 10 miles at for $200 less. No complaints about the camp though. Clean and very helpful staff.

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
