We enjoy our stay very but very disappointed that there was no cable tv as advertised

You gave us the perfect site for our pets-a 6 mth. Lab snd a cat. The car loved the night time walks. The puppy enjoys the walks too. Thank you for serving us so well.

This was a good reliable stop. We are traveling late in the season so there were not that many rigs in the park. My only suggestion would be to up the temp on the water heater. Showers were nice but the water was just above Luke warm. In the cold morning a hot shower would be nice.

The office seemed to have closed unusually early so we really didn't have an interactions with the host or the staff. The site was adequate and the facilities were clean. The campground was conveniently located on our journey.

We are happy to hear that the campground was on your path for your journey and we strive hard for our bathhouses to be kept clean. Our office does close at 6pm and do see that we had contacted you to make sure you were clear on late check in process. Hope to see you again

When I first arrived the signage was confusing and when I tried to follow them, I missed the office completely and was chased down by a guy on a golf cart. After signing in he lead me to my site, which was close to the bath house, but was not very level. I did settle in OK and was able to rest and leave at a reasonable time the next day. I was a little disappointed in the whole experience.

Expensive with no cable tv. With $70.00+ a day cable tv connectivity is expected. Laundry facilities were very good, roads were very bumpy. Really no attraction here except location.

We loved our stay at the Koa journey Charlotte Fort Mill everyone was so professional and kind and went out of their way to be very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The campground is fine, but getting to any site is not the best. Roads within the campground need drastic improvement.

The perfect oasis in a sea of city, after a12 hour drive & the trauma of driving through Charlotte city traffic, exactly what we needed! Will definitely stay here again! All 3 staff we met were great! Truly an A+++ place! Clean, quiet, welcoming, and pleasant! Cabin was perfect! Just loved it!Felt safe to even walk our service Standard Poodle-no loose dogs-all kept on short leash. Beautiful walks!

Our stay was in late November so we cannot comment on most of the amenities. We had a great stay and the staff were very helpful. Bath house was spotlessly clean albeit a bit cold. We will stay here again.

Very clean and friendly. Cement pad was not level. Construction on road to KOA is hectic but that will soon end. Very nice place. Would go again anytime.

Site was not level. Had to move in center of pad to get within 4inchs of level. Which required me to run 40’ of sewer hose.

Sue and her team did great job for me and my family. There was an unforeseeable problem with our cabins and she got us into 2 new cabins right away. Very prompt with any request.

We arrived at our site late in the evening with our 5th wheel needing a major suspension repair. The next morning I let management know that we would have to purchase a additional day to make repairs on site. But not only did They let us stay For no additional charges. Their staff checked on us repeatedly through the day to see if we needed anything.

We parked in #48. It was full hookups which we like. Level spot and plenty of room. Staff was very nice & accommodating. I would stay at again and highly recommend. Publix grocery next door!

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
