We paid for a deluxe site and our 35 foot camper didn’t fit on the concrete pad all the way so we were not able to disconnect from the truck. Camper was uneven and we had a terrible nights rest after driving 9 hours and of 73 dollars charged wasn’t worth it and we are senior citizens ? Senior rate not given. We will not recommend this Koa and will not stay here again. Thank you.

What a fantastic campground. The staff there is awesome and the grounds and facilities are exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend this KOA.

Awesome campground! Shower houses appeared to be new and spotless. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back again.

This KOA is a very busy KOA. The staff is so helpful. The pool is great. The mini-golf is fun. My kids and I love it there. They are so flexible and always willing to work with me and other campers to pull in, drive thru or just guide me in. Walking distance to grocery at Publix.

Great place for an overnight stay. Don’t understand all these negative comments about noise and being dirty. Everyone was very nice, very quiet and clean. Very convenient to 77 easy on and off, lots of stores/restaurants. Will definitely stay again when traveling.

Delaine is a delight. Gorgeous setting, helpful&friendly people, pizza delivery, didn't feel crowded even though it was Max capacity. Love the store and the cat, too!

Our family had a wonderful visit!!! + Staff was excellent Amenities and location is great Game area and pool were thoroughly enjoyed - laundry room washers and dryers need updated

Spaces are a little tight together. Neighbors were in my sewer. Pool was nice.

We spent two nights in a pull through deluxe site. The hosts were great; very helpful and cordial. The campground was easy to find and near a Publix and gas station.

It was the best stay yet!! Beautiful clean bathrooms and the staff were so helpful! Loved it!

The staff were helpful and welcoming, that is what makes 3 stars. Also the convenient location to the Interstate and shopping. The restrooms (BOTH) were dirty, over several days and times. An unrepaired urinal was missing. That alone would have deserved 1-2 stars but the staff interaction pulled it up. I would not stay here unless you have facilities in your RV.

Showers were not up to the quality of a $20.00 per night campground we stayed in recently and a vicious dog was in the dog walk the morning we departed. We were on our way to the dog park and a couple were just leaving the dog walk. One of their dogs tried to attack my dogs and the woman restraining the dog barely was able to handle the animal. Supervision needs to be improved.

My first negative KOA review after 50+ nights at KOAs this year. TIGHT spots. Most sites zero shade. Loud bar. 5 of 8 dryers not working, KOA person said ‘they never work but we didn’t pay anything for them.’ Won’t return.

Great place. We have stopped here several times on our way north, and again on our way back home. Easy on and off, quiet and friendly, helpful staff.

Big Rig with Toad, Street sign very visible. Better signage would help to register office, total three short turns off main road. Staff excellent-friendly. Escorted to sight courteous-professional. Closeness to other sites acceptable. Amenities, only used pool. Extremely convenient to I-77 for overnight. Short walking distance to grocery store. Definitely will stay again passing through

I have only been camping with my trailer for 3 weeks ( 6 campgrounds ). This location was very cramped, It was also the only site that I have been to that did not have a fire ring. The children’s play area and mini golf were just okay. The golf course is basically a bunch of straight 18’ green strips of carpet with wooden borders and the occasional hazard. The pool was nice. Great location in town However the lots are cramped and the roads through the camp need to be improved. Nice clean bathrooms. All in all we would come back.

Only 1 person on staff. Either in the office or doing errands around campground. Very tiny office/store. There is no fire pits but is OK to have fire on the ground. Bathroom are just OK.

This is a nice clean KOA, however I have had electric pedestal issues 2 visits in a row. I was a bad breaker that did not trip and melted my ckrd end. The other was a dead side on a 50 amp outlet. Nice for an overnight stop, but pay attention to the power.

We were late arrivals and early departures, it that is part of the benefit of KOA. We received an email with all the necessary information. The camp and showers were clean. The staff we met in the morning were friendly and helpful. The only detractor was the location. It was convenient but not picturesque.

Very good experience. Short walk to great grocery store with a very nice wine selection. Provides an attractive option for timing your rout through Charlotte!

Great lay over spot. We use it often for that purpose. Also Great outpost for activities in the greater Charlotte area. Gas groceries and entertainment very nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.

No fire pit and was told to I could make a fire on the gravel at the front of the site, the person next to next to me complained about the smoke and ash swore at me and had to put the fire out and use charcoal to cook dinner. I told the office staff the next day to see if I could move to another site was told no and got ahead and make a fire on the gravel. Not very accommodating or concerned.

Visit again: Definitely! Campground Vibe (adult/upper scale, family/kids, stopover only): Adult, overnight and big rig friendly. Felt safe: yes GPS accuracy: yes Type of site: pull-thru Site surface (condition/leveling/material): concrete level pad with gravel all around. Spacing between sites: very generous Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: excellent Noise level: quiet Staff: EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names. Office host was so cheerful which we needed after being on the road for 28 days. The host that took us to our site was beyond helpful He took extra time to ensure we'd be perfectly level to stay hooked up to the truck. He knew the sites like the back of his hand. Campground roads: (such as trees, ditches or rocks): Easy to navigate around. Reason for our visit: our last night stop before driving the final leg home after 28 days on the road. Quiet. Relaxing and easy. I wish I had taken photos but I was just too tired.

Nice campground. Clean bath house. Walking distance to a local bar next to the gas station. Had good live music and decently priced alcohol. Friendly people.
