We stayed 2 nights in a Kabin. It was exactly what we wanted. Clean and comfortable.

Was a great time - good weather, KOA had nice amenities. Loved the separate bathrooms. First time using a trailer and it was a great experience. The pool was an added bonus after a hot hiking day. Good wineries close by and the Carter Mountain Orchard views were stunning. Close to Monticello- another local gem.

We stayed at Charlottesville KOA for one week and had a great time. We are from nearby and did not do a lot of sightseeing but had a very relaxing, enjoyable time. The campground is very spacious and there was lots to do especially for kids.

Very nice campsite. The game room was locked, unfortunately. At 7:00 pm the people in the campsite below us started playing music REALLY loud. It was obnoxious and annoying. That went on for an hour. The pool was nice and so were the bathrooms.

It’s nice,clean,and quiet. The WiFi could use some help, like a repeater near the far end of the park. Otherwise it’s a good location to be near a lot of places historical as well as new.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The campground was clean and the Pool was super awesome.

IT WAS QUIET. OTHER CAMPERS WERE HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD DIFFICULTY FIXING OUR CAMP STOVE. THE CLEAN, PRIVATE, SPACIOUS BATHROOMS WERE A BIG HIT WITH US. VERY WELL LOCATED NEAR MONTECELLO AND OTHER HISTORIC SIGHTS. HELPFUL STAFF. WISH THE STORE WAS OPEN TILL 7PM.

The campground was very clean, well maintained and we enjoyed the area despite all the rain. It is a great spot to check out the local wineries. The only concern we had was with the narrowness of our site. We would stay again and hopefully get a little roomier site.

Bathhouse is limited to 4 separate showers and 6 bathrooms I believe. Bathhouse is located at the front of the park, so a good distance from the camper section. Would suggest adding another bathhouse for those that choose not to use their camper shower and for those tent campers further away from the camp office. The WiFi is weak and cell service isn’t the best. Upgrading their WiFi would be gre

Sites are way too close together. It didn't seem like much had been upgraded in recent years. Also, we didn't see much of a presence of owners or workers around like you usually do at KOA's.

Pool was dirty and plants weeds growing through the surrounding fence into the pool area. Pond area very overgrown making it difficult to take children fishing. Although another pull-thru campsite next to us is was used as a road to get to sites.

Very happy with our stay. The woods are beautiful and the walking trail doable with kids. The pool was large and well kept. Bathrooms were impeccable! Thanks for extra from staff.

Bathrooms were clean. Lots of trees so one felt in the woods rather than in a parking lot. Site pads for back ins were mostly not level but pull thrus seemed to be mostly level. Very little road noise So it was nice & quiet. WiFi was marginal as usual. We have ATT and could get 2bars. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at KOA Charlottesville while visiting our daughter. The camp was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. It is very dog-friendly with a pet playground and a nice 1/2 mile nature trail that we walked every morning and evening. I love to see a well-run business and this is!

Person at office/desk was not wearing a mask, could have been a bit more informative. First time camping with our RV. Nice campsite, very nice bathrooms and shower set up.

Very nice place to camp. The bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot to do in the area but if you are looking for a relaxing quiet vacation spot this was it. The only slight negative was the pool needs some attention. Enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in the person at the desk said we were getting her favorite site. I can see why. We never got neighbors on one side and while sitting under our awning, we weren't looking at someone else's camper. In general, the campground was quiet and clean.

We had a spacious tent site conveniently located close to the bathrooms. The beautiful bathrooms were clean. Really liked the utility sink and work bench for washing our dishes. Our kids really enjoyed the jump pad, pool, horseshoes and tetherball. We would definitely camp there again.

While it is a smaller KOA it has more then enough to do. Clean showers good WiFi, .25 walking trail. I think the only thing it might need is a place to do Landry. Staff was very friendly.

The brochure and reservation say handicapped individuals can use a golf cart. Until you get there and they tell you No. However staff uses a golf cart every and all day long. Also the pond that is referenced is very far away ulyou can't drive to it and was told the path is extremely difficult and only recommended to very advanced fishing people. This Koa was not what I expected. It seemed to be more like a “trailer park” Than a camp ground. Having razor wire along the top of the fence around the pool kinda sums it up.

We enjoyed the plentiful shade of the many trees, the quiet campsite and the swimming pool. Corkie Yorkie enjoyed the pet playground and many walks around the campgrounds.

Bathrooms are very clean and private. Pool is older but kept up very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our site was not very seperate form the one next door, but over all we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a hidden gem a little over a half an hour outside Shenandoah NP. Exceptionally friendly staff welcome you to a woodsy KOA that has all the usual attractions but each camouflaged between towering trees. We visited in autumn with our 2 dogs and throughly enjoyed our stay. Our site was spacious and semi private. We hiked their nature trail each morning and evening with the dogs and enjoyed views of Beaver pond while appreciating the mutt mitt station along our route. A small fenced in pet playground allowed the pooches to run free and meet friends. You'll find very clean private showers and bathrooms as well as a nice little camp store with souvenirs and snacks. Very well done! Thank you to our hosts.

Relatively small, quaint and VERY quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and shower facilities were spotless. Would definitely stay here again. (25' motorhome)

Upon arrival, check in was only a few moments, it was easy to find our campsite. Internet connection is about 118 mbs, very fast, cellular connection is great. Everything in the campground is clean, the restrooms are private, clean and warm. We stayed 10/21-22/2021. A fantastic time.
