Bathhouse is one of the best . Also having a camper's sink makes it so much easier. Great place.

I was unable to get the radio buttons above to work. Everything was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This last stay was the third time we have visited your campground. We have found the personnel to be courteous, kind and accommodating. Ashley, in particular, was most helpful when our car needed a jump. She brought her personal vehicle and jumped our car successfully- with a smile!! If we ever come this way again- we will stay at this campground!! Doris Asbell

We loved the setting, but the roads to the sites are tight for larger rigs. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Rated a 4 because the pool and other amenities could use updating and/or some TLC.

Nice quiet and clean campground. Only suggestion is to improve the WiFi. Was not really able to use even for email. With poor cellular signal (AT&T), having a reliable internet is important.

Short stay for 2 nights. Looks like the site is going through some expansion. Sites are fairly level and maneuverability is good. With the site being somewhat small, there isn't a lot of open space nor hiking/walking trails. We did walk the nature trail and it was fine, just not very long.

We had a quiet spot and we’re able to enjoy the campground’s bath house. The bath house was new and amazingly clean! The grounds were immaculate with a dog run, play areas for kids (and adults!), and a nice 1/2 mile walking trail. The campground hosts were very friendly and helpful with the camp store very well stocked.

This is a beautiful facility with a number of things to do. We had a pull through with a patio, table and chairs, and a fire pit which were very comfortable and appreciated. The store is well stocked. All that we could ask for

Great campsite. Clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to all great locations including Monticello, vineyards, and Shenandoah National Park. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Extremely friendly staff and one of the best maintained properties we’ve stayed at. Will certainly be back! The only con is that you can’t pick your site ahead of time but 90% of the sites seemed great!

Nice, quiet campground. Relatively close to Charlottesville and Monticello. Lots of nearby wineries. Campground was clean and staff friendly. Great hookups, as electricity and water pressure were both strong. Not a lot of permanent sites which we like as it keeps down the noise and nuisance golf carts.

What a great place to stay. Love feeling like I’m away from it all but only a short drive away from everything. Campground was clean and up to date. Hookups and facilities were in great condition. Nice pool and nature trail. Great staff…they really worked to put our parties together. So much to see and do in the area: Michie Tavern, Kings family winery, James River Reeling & Rafting!

Awesome bathhouse! Clean, updated, bright, private. We never had to wait on a shower or restroom. Plenty of amenities including face painting and henna tattoos. Level sites. Easy, friendly check in. Close to activities in the area.

Easily the best KOA I have encountered. Quiet location. Nicely kept. The pet trail was wooded and the pond even had a heron feeding as I walked through. Convenient to Charlottesville. Spot #50 was spacious. Had to move my truck to accommodate the back-in needs of the site behind me. Bath and laundry houses were good protection during tornado warnings. Would appreciate weather warning from staff.

Clean ,quiet...my only concern is leaving the KOA with the camper and making a right turn. We had a 35 ft. Tiffin pulling a car and had the same concern. It would be reassuring if there were a mirror opposite the entrance showing the oncoming cars speeding your way on your left!

We only stayed a single night with twin 1.5 year olds, so we didn't explore as much as we might have liked, but our spot was nice and level and all hooks worked as expected. The office also tried to catch up with me by phone after we departed to let me know that I had left my tire chocks behind. Unfortunately, someone had already taken them by the time I called back.

We arrived at midnight and left at 9 am the next day. The campground called us before arriving to let us know the check-in procedure. She was really friendly and helpful. We found the paperwork and our site easily. The sites are pretty small so I don' think I'd spend more than one night there in the future but it was perfect for our needs this time. Also can I say the bathrooms are AMAZING?!?

Need soap in bathroom next to pool. Possibly electric at each site. Suggest small corner bench in all shower areas and attach stand to the wall or next to bench. Very quiet which was relaxing

This is a hidden gem a little over a half an hour outside Shenandoah NP. Exceptionally friendly staff welcome you to a woodsy KOA that has all the usual attractions but each camouflaged between towering trees. We visited in autumn with our 2 dogs and throughly enjoyed our stay. Our site was spacious and semi private. We hiked their nature trail each morning and evening with the dogs and enjoyed views of Beaver pond while appreciating the mutt mitt station along our route. A small fenced in pet playground allowed the pooches to run free and meet friends. You'll find very clean private showers and bathrooms as well as a nice little camp store with souvenirs and snacks. Very well done! Thank you to our hosts.

Relatively small, quaint and VERY quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and shower facilities were spotless. Would definitely stay here again. (25' motorhome)

Upon arrival, check in was only a few moments, it was easy to find our campsite. Internet connection is about 118 mbs, very fast, cellular connection is great. Everything in the campground is clean, the restrooms are private, clean and warm. We stayed 10/21-22/2021. A fantastic time.
